This company is selling a non-existent product. They advertise needle-free blood sugar monitoring device and instead they send an oxymeter (blood oxygen monitor). The returns process is not straight forward and the customer is asked to pay a tracked delivery to China. I do not recommend!

10/10 for PayPal!!

Like every other contributor here all I can say is this comopany are total scam artists. The only additional information I can add is that after several emails Lonetela support admitted the advertising was misleading and then offered me an 80% discount if I wanted to keep the Gloco-click as an Oximeter. If not, return it to China at my own expense for a full refund etc et. Fortunateley I paid through PayPal who gave me a FULL rerfund including the original postage cost!

Less than one star.I feel I have been duped into buying an expensive oximeter.I contacted the company and they said it can be useful to monitor diabetes because you get fluctuations in your Oxygen and heart readings ,both of which can fluctuate with certain other conditions so is not just an indication of diabetes.so why call it GlucoClick?

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, do not buy anything from them. The product that you receive is not what you think you're ordering and is of very poor quality. I ordered a Gluco Click but received a Pulse Oximeter. After exchanging a number of emails with them, I came to the conclusion that a Gluco Click does not exist. They initially offered me a 20% refund then upped that to 50%. The only way to get 100% refund was to return the Oximeter to an address in China using tracked mail and this was going to cost almost as much as the 50% refund so I reluctantly accepted 50%. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a GlucoClick to check my blood sugars. It arrived, but does not do what it’s name implies or what their advertising promises……ie check blood glucose levels. I emailed them. They agreed to my returning the item for a full refund but not for the original postage. In order to return the useless gadget to China, I must do so by recorded post…which they will also not refund! I am absolutely disgusted. Their advertising is completely misleading.

Avoid this company

Same as everyone else. Recieved Oximeter instead of Glco meter. Full refund refused. Replacement refused. Expect me to pay for sending back. Goint to report them to Advertising Agency as well as Trading Standards.

Go for a full refund as they are scammers

I had the same experience as many others but kept hassling them for a refund. When I asked my bank for a chargeback I actually received a 100% refund. Moral of the story - do not give up.
I also advised Trustpilot that they were claiming 16000 5 Star reviews when it is, in fact, 66 one star obes. They told me that they are looking into it and will, if necessary, take them down

Glucoclick is a pulse monitor not accurate.

Glucoclick is a pulse monitor and very inaccurate all the other supposed things it does be weary. Much cheaper items and more accurate on the web. It also is coming from china so wait a long time for shipping. Expensive for a pulse monitor. Look elsewhere. Contact company and there not interested.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. The wondrous Gluco-Click turned out to be a basic pulse oximeter. Complaints brought me a spiel and offers of firstly 20% back then 50%. Under Consumer Rights Act 2015 the item was clearly “not as described” so I held out and got a full refund under the PayPal dispute process. Do not touch with a bargepole, just wish I could have given 0 stars. A con.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. I also ordered a glucoclic and received an oximeter. I’ve emailed them 3 times and not received an answer. £25 for a £5 oximeter is a complete rip off. This company is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Cannot rate this seller low enough. The deliberate selling in such a misleading way is outrageous. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON THIS COMPANY WHO APPEAR TO RUN FROM A BEDSIT. So many efforts to recover my outlay were eventually ignored. No more Chinese buying for me since there appears to be no marketing or ethical standards at all.

MISSELLING

Anybody reading this that is Diabetic or Pre, beware of purchasing an item from Gluco Click / Lone Tela that are one of the same. I ordered one and the same as everyone else received the Oximeter not a glucose checker (buyer Beware). Because you do not see Lone Tela on the advert you cannot check if ok to buy. The advert does state 100% money back guarantee so UNPRICKED fingers crossed. Lyn

Like many other people ordered

Like many other people placed an order for a GlucoClick IQ but received a standard oximeter, have emailed the company and this is the latest reply I have received,

Thank you for your reply and for taking the time to clarify your concerns. I completely understand your frustration, and I’m truly sorry to hear that the product you received was not what you expected.

I want to reassure you that the device you received is indeed the GlucoClick™ model that was processed for your order. We understand that this may have been a misunderstanding due to the product's functionality, however, please note that by tracking fluctuations in oxygen levels, it provides helpful indications of blood sugar levels, as these fluctuations can reflect metabolic changes associated with diabetes.

We certainly do not want you to feel dissatisfied, and we completely respect your decision to return the product. However, please note that return shipping, including any additional costs such as customs fees, would be your responsibility. If you would still prefer to return the device, we can provide you with the return instructions and process the refund once the item is received.

Alternatively, to make this more convenient for you, we would like to offer you a 20% refund on your purchase, and you can keep the product without any need for a return. We understand this situation may not have been ideal for you, and we hope this gesture shows our commitment to your satisfaction.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we’ll make sure to assist you in the best way possible. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you every step of the way.

Warm regards,
LoneTela

Scammers and/or useless - never use this company

Absolutely useless company and possible scammers. Ordered GlucoClick IQ-A - received blood oximter/pulse LK89. E-mailed company demanding correct items as per order or a complete refund (14 June 2025) no response of course. Also asked company to delay delivery as we would be on holiday - ignored this request.

Email response from Lonetela

‘Thank you for your message, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet your expectations, especially when it relates to your health and well-being. We’ve taken your concerns seriously and thoroughly reviewed everything on our side.

The GlucoClick™ device you received is designed to measure oxygen saturation and heart rate, which are valuable health indicators, especially for individuals managing conditions like diabetes. By tracking fluctuations in oxygen levels, it provides helpful indications of blood sugar levels, as these fluctuations can reflect metabolic changes associated with diabetes. Many customers managing diabetes have found it helpful in identifying related patterns, such as circulation and oxygen levels, which can offer early insights into broader health issues.

We also recognize that some confusion may have come from third-party advertisements. These ads — often run by affiliates or resellers — are not always created or approved by us, and unfortunately, they may sometimes present the product in a misleading way. We sincerely regret any confusion this may have caused.

We hope it will serve as a valuable tool in monitoring your overall health. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to assist!
