DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER - see my updated post

Ordered a Blood Sugar monitor- they took the money and nothing arrived despite sending numerous emails. And now 3 weeks later, I have received a oximeter which only measures your Oxygenation level and your Pulse rate. It does NOT measure your sugar levels or your blood pressure- RECOMMENDING YOU CHECK THE REVIEWS AND AVOID LOOSING YOUR MONEY

Scam, do not use this company

If I could give this company a zero star I would do so. This is a scam. I purchased one so called blood glucose device what they call a GlucoClick and received what appears to be a oximeter from the instructions I received with it. I already have a oximeter so I didn’t need another. This thing I received doesn’t even switch on after new batteries have been inserted. Their customer service is non existent
TOTAL SCAM

This website is a total scam

This website is a total scam. It states you can have a refund if you are not happy, but they refuse to give you a refund. I ordered what it claimed to be a Glucometer, & what they sent was something to test oxygen levels. It’s a complete scam.

If I could score it 0 I would

If I could score it 0 I would. Do not purchase anything from these condescending rip off merchants. They blame 3rd parties for misleading marketing. You can buy pulse oximeters for about £10 so definitely rip off merchants.

As others have stated received an ordinary oximeter.asked for a refund and was offered a 20% refund which I refused, luckily I had paid through PayPal and they took up my case, I was then offered a 75% refund which I accepted if I dropped the case. I did so ,then they refunded my full amount. Which was good, but they are still advertising this product every time I switch on certain apps.surely this cannot be right.
avoid at all cost.

GLUCOCLICK

GLUCOCLICK
People THIS IS A SCAM !!!
Bought it as the ad quite clearly stated multiple times that there was no need to prick your finger to get a Blood Sugar reading…this machine is a Pulsometer which you can buy for less than £9.99 IN ANY CHEMIST in the UK-much less than the £24.95 I paid for it and can be bought EVEN CHEAPER ON THE INTERNET. I struggled to get my money refunded even though I had clear evidence that they had falsely marketed this product and had photographic evidence of the false claims. They initially offered me a 20% discount which I thought was an insult and eventually offered me a 50% discount which I reluctantly accepted as I figured that by the time I had paid shipping charges and possibly Custom charges I wouldn’t be much better off and quite frankly I was just totally fed up with sll the hassle. Lonetela tried to say they weren’t responsible for the marketing which is rubbish so PEOPLE, ONCE AGAIN PLEASE DON’T GET SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY LIKE I WAS-the adverts seem so convincing-their claims are TOTALLY FALSE…PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T GET CONNED LIKE I DID !!!

Save your money

Total rip off.
Item sent is not what was advertised. They just send a cheap oximeter that doesn’t do what it says in the advert. No response when asking for a refund. Save your money.

I ordered blood seven glucose monitors and received seven oximeters. I asked for an explanation and return details for a refund. The reply blandly praised oximeters and answered none of my questions. I am an 84 year old person who appears to have lost over £71, I can ill afford, in a disgusting scam

This company is advertising a product that doesn’t exist! They are selling an item that is supposed to monitor your glucose reading so I ordered two and lo and behold it’s just a blood pressure monitor which I have already! They are stealing money under false pretences and duping people with false advertising. They need to be stopped

This is a warning for Diabetics and…

This is a warning for Diabetics and GlucoClick being sold by Lonetela, or rather Oximeters.

Diabetics, you cannot tell your glucose levels by oxygen saturation with a Pulse Oximeter. Please don't buy these Oximeters for that purpose.
There are no medical researches done on them and there won't be, as Pulse Oximeters are not intended to keep check on glucose levels. It can be extremely dangerous for your health.

If you don't believe me, Google it and read Guys Hosiptal and other statements.

If you have oxygen saturation, you go to your GP to find out why? as it could be many things going on.
