If only I could give it zero stars!!

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars otherwise I would. What can I say, it's a scam and I'm sure that the company distributing these 'Oximeters' labelled as GlucoClick meters knows this.
I've had several email exchanges (probably all automated) each with varying content supposedly expressing concern about the disappointment anyone that purchased their product is experiencing.
They maintain that (and I quote) The product we offer, the GlucoClick™, is designed to measure oxygen saturation and heart rate, which are indeed valuable health indicators, especially for those managing conditions like diabetes. It provides helpful indications of blood sugar levels, as these fluctuations can reflect metabolic changes associated with diabetes.
Although there may a small elemant of truth there, it simply does not excuse the fact that they are marketing a non-invasive blood glucose measurement device when in fact it’s an oximeter.
I’ve tried pointing out the unit looks nothing like the images on their website which clearly shows a blood glucose reading on the display, but they seem unwilling to accept this blaming ‘third party advertising’.
They started by offering me a 20% refund which by the next email had risen to 50% but to be honest I wouldn’t have any further dealings with this shady and dubious company, so my advice is to put this down to experience and move on.
Hopefully other people will be able to read these reviews before making the same mistake!

Dreadful

Dreadful. Sent me an oximeter instead of the Glucoclik. Paid extra for express delivery, this never happened, 19 days later I received the wrong unit.
I’m not hopeful of recovering my money, but will try my card company to see what they can do.
Avoid these chancers at all costs - it’s a complete rip off.

This company rips off its customers

This company rips off its customers. I ordered a clucoclick and what l recieved was a standard pulse oximeter, which can be bought over the counter in England for around a tenner. Yet another company trying to (and succeeding) to rip of those of us who ate unfortunate to suffer from diabetes

I only wish I had looked at reviews…

I only wish I had looked at reviews before ordering what was meant to be a device to check your glucose levels. Total con. I sent them an email and I eventually received what was obviously a pre prepared response. Blaming third party misleading information yet with a link to them.

I ordered the GlucoClick IQ it arrived from china 3 weeks later. What arrived was a fingertip MX3T pulse Oximeter which is readily available in most pharmacies in the uk. I have sent numerous emails to there customer service team but to date I’ve not received a response. Be warned this company appears to be a scam don’t throw your money away.
