Your selection has become more limited during the past years, you only carry a limited selection from some brands which makes it more difficult to find for example a matching conditioner to a shampoo from one brand. Ordering is easy as it always has been.

Cannot be trusted, tosi HUONO.
Cannot be trusted. LOOKFANTASTIC.fi sent my product to the wrong address, an hour away and said I have to go pick it up myself despite having paid for delivery from Sweden to Finland. There is no Finnish service, it is all operated in Sweden.
*update 1 (to their original reply saying that they already apologized and reached out ) : they have NOT reached out to me for refund or a new product even after I sent proof of the leaking product. And also, they only apologized after first blaming the postal company, and stringing me about (asked me for right address, had many different people replying so I had to keep rewriting everything even though it's the same story, I had to send multiple times just for their last answer to be they can't do anything when a previous agent asked for the "right address" to fix the issue...)
update 2: they changed their reply. Their original reply claimed that they already apologized multiple times and that they have offered a refund.. When they actually ignored all attempts to refund. I had to file another complaint to their website and quote their reply on trustpilot before they finally issued a eedund

I ordered some products more than a month ago, I paid at the same time, they started delivery process 10 days after the order time, I got an email which promises that I would get it 2 weeks ago, I asked the fate, yet I could not learnt about where my delivery is and still I do not know even the delivery company’s name. This weekend I’ll leave for my summer holiday where I need those products! Should I have bought those in winter???? I cannot appreciate for this terrible experience, sorry!

The glossybox X Lookfantastic connection could be written down somewhere for instruction. I spent some time trying to figure out how I'm supposed to connect the two services so I could use my Glossy points.
