The company does not return the money it promised. They appeal to the strangest excuses, e.g. That my PayPal account is not working, but I have confirmed from PayPal that there is no problem. The process was already started in October 2022 and I still dont have the money. AVOID!!!
Edit 23.2. The company's answer to this is absolutely ridiculous. They still haven't paid the money back and only send auto-replies!

They never sent the product
They never sent the product. They blamed the courier company and only returned part of the money I paid. Courier company said that Lookfantastic never handed the product for them to deliver. It took about two months to get some of the money back. Dont trust this webshop!

This company and all of the customer service are liars
this company and the customer services are all liars. they lied and cheated on customers again and again. They made my order (date 26.11) delayed. there was nothing delivered to me until 15.12. Then they said to send me a replacement order on 16.12. however, there is still nothing arrived now. the delivery company Budbee replied to me as below.
Unfortunately, I can see the parcel has not arrived at Budbee terminal. I would advise you to contact the merchant regarding this!

The customer service of this company is the worst ever. You cant send them emails nor have they got a phone number. Then when you try to communicate with them, they dont read any of the previous answers and messages but just randomly answer something not related to the questions. Have now tried to receive my money back for More than a month.
Such a bad company, don't use their services, as if something goes wrong, its a total nightmare with incompetent customer service.
