WORST ever online shopping experience
WORST ever online shopping experience. My purchase (a serum bottle) was broken upon arrival, so I requested for a refund or another shipment. After 2 months of sending messages through the website (the only contact method they provide), I still have not received my serum nor got the refund. The messages they sent seem coming from a bot, rather from a real person. I will not buy from this website ever again.

Swift and convenient shopping, this site is always my best deal in local (Finland). I have made many purchases here and also at Lookfantastic.com in the UK. The most expensive item I ever bought here was the Tripollar Stop Vx. Check your email before making any order cz they update their big promotion/voucher quite often.
The return process, contact, and after-service all went smoothly. 4/5 because some products don't have full displayed ingredient list

good prices, complicated payment
The good prices have convinced me to order plus the 20% discount for the newsletter subscription was sweet but when i got to the point where I wanted to pay, things got complicated, first klarna wouldn’t accept my invoice payment because of ineligibility??? than i tried again same klarna invoice and after the bank verification nothing happened..waiting and waiting…and the third time it looked like stuck again when after some more waiting an order confirmation popped up on my screen. A bit complicated to pay. Too many errors. Makes you think twice if you really want to spend your money. Curious and nervous about how shipping will go..
