I have ordered SkinCeuticals Anti-Blemish Bundle on 13.2.2022 and according to description, set contains 2 serums and one Spf lotion. Once I received my package, there was spf lotion, one serum and cleansing gel. So I received a cleansing gel instead of second serum.
To be clear, serum costs appr. 100€ and gel appr. 40€.
After messaging with customer service back and forth, it has been decided to return the gel and once gel is returned, company will return the money for unreceived serum (it is about 100€).
All things started over 2,5 month ago.
Almost every week I have to contact customer service and here we are still. No money, no product 😡 Only apologies and promises to check the status of my case.
Really disappointed and feel robbed by the company.

I like you but..
I like that you have a broad selection of make-up brands. Kudos, for stocking COS-RX products. They are fantastic. Only point of improvement would be to offer more lighter shades in powders and foundations. I have light skin and I'm having trouble finding suitable shades as they all usually start from medium dark shades.

First time I ordered and never again.
Ordered 3 mistery boxes, all different, I got 2 of the same (December 2019) and the third one(July 2020) had an expired bottle of vitamines (2021) I know they are cheap boxes (they are not for free so we don’t deserve left overs) but at least should warn the customer you can get whatever they are trying to get rid of. “Don’t expect too much, Maybe can be lucky and get something that you can actually use” or toss everything to trash because creams are dry or expired. Money wasted.
So disappointed. Never again.
