Authentic products
I found products I normally wouldn't find in Finland (for curly hair, shea moisture and cantu), the whole ordering experience was clear and positive and the products arrived on time and most importantly, they are indeed authentic. The sale made the prices more reasonable.
The only thing missing is having an English version of the website. I would imagine programming that wouldn't be difficult since LF already has English websites, please include that option! Not everyone in Finland speaks the language, I only managed using the website on my phone because of Google auto translate.

Nice products
Nice products, prices and delivery. But the site doesn't allow to change the language to Swedish in Finland, which is a why I gave four and not five stars.

The shopping was easy and smooth but unfortunately the e-mails that I'm receiving(confirmation and this feedback one) are in Finnish. I have no troubles using Google Translate, but it would be more convenient if they were in at least English. I would also like if they charged my card instantly and not when it's shipped, but that's just my preference.
Other than that, the shopping experience was very good.

While I can't say anything about the delivery process yet, I found the website a bit tricky to work with when it comes to product categories, for example I was hoping to be able to find a whole separate category for nutritional supplements. Also, I was happy to see that the store stocked some of the brands that I like, but I couldn't find certain products from those brands so that takes off a star in terms of variety.
