Sending take very long time. Opalex's opening seales was half opens. Opalex 3,4,5,6 is very good.

I have been shopping from lookfantastic for several years now. They have good prices, quick deliveries and good customer service. Also their beauty subscription box is nice.

I love in varieties of products and campaigns that also launch oftens so that I can get products with good prices.

The brand list does not include all brands you are selling. It's happen more than once that I found a brand I'm interested in using search, but it is not listed on your brand list. After that, it may have been taken weeks it to be added to brand list.

Easy to order and fast shipping. All items cane as I ordered. I will make order again.

I've ordered from LookFantastic many times, and always had only positive experience. The range of brands is amazing, and there are always some cool offers. My only complain could be that sometimes LF splits my order and puts it to two different parcels, waisting more carton, than needed. But in general I'm always happy with the service and the products I receive. Thank you, LF!

I've ordered from lookfantastic a few times before, always without any problem. Easy site navigation, good product selection and decent shipping (takes about a week to get to me in Finland).

However, this last time, one of the items I'd ordered wasn't in the parcel I received. Given that I'd paid quite a lot for it, I didn't want to just let it be. I checked if my order had been shipped in two parts (it hadn't) and if everything on my end was in order (it was). So I contacted customer service, asking where my item was.

Customer service got back to me within a day, I think, and were very apologetic that I hadn't received all the items I'd ordered. They sent over a form for me to fill out, declaring that I hadn't received the item, which I filled out, signed, and sent back to them. They once again got back to me very quickly, confirming that they'd gotten the form and that they'd be notifying me when they sent out a replacement item. The replacement item shipped within a couple days and arrived about a week after I first contacted them. Hooray!

I don't know why I didn't receive the item in the first place, but I am so happy that they were able to send me a replacement item quickly and without much fuss. I was in contact with two customer service reps and both were very nice and polite and made the whole process easy and smooth. Thank you guys, again, for helping me out!

I would give lookfantastic five stars, but that fact that I didn't receive all items I'd bought from the start is a bit of a minus in my books. Despite that I will still be ordering from them in the future.
