Shampoos all over the box
Hi! I ordered two shampoos from you. When I got them from mail the box was ripped off little bit and one bottle was opened and shampoo was spilled in to the box. Not great shipping.

Where is my refund ? Two months of chatting...
Two months later, I'm still waiting for refund... Always the same answer: we are sorry, please wait 5 working days, this being taken care of...
And it's all started by a mistake from them... So not only they are good at creating mistakes but they make it hard for you to get their mistake solved !
It looks like their refund policy is not in line with good business practices...
This is not due to the customer service but their finance policy.
Not sure if I ever get my refund...
I won't order anymore. I prefer paying a bit more but being safe. Instead of a little bit cheaper and then not only you lose money but with all the emails it takes you to write again, and again and again... It is also a waste of money as well....
