Great website, the items are perfect.

I receive a new bike. The fork is loose and the tightning the top nut can does not solve it. Instead the fork comes apart. I ask for guidance and/or an assembly manual, I am told that no manual og guidance can be offered. I should go see a mechanic. I say that something is wrong with the bike, but no help or guide. Now I have a brand new bike that is not working.

Really no problem, i've been buying items from them since I started riding a bike, I've never had any problems.
I've also tried other firms but i,ve always come back to Lordgun.
Let's hope they keep on going on as to date.

Purchased items, but they were delivered without the original package, making it not possible to determine if original ir not.

Also, the product page did not mention the items were sold without the original package.

Ordered two Tufo Gravel Thundero tyres two weeks before Christmas, arrived in the Uk within 4 days. No hassle what so ever, very happy. Just read up on import tax rules first, currently if order is under £135 there is generally no tax payable.

Was sent the wrong tire. Company made me destroy the product, then took two weeks to send me a new tire. The new tire did not come in packaging and is defective. Customer service is very slow and not helpful

I bought a pair of glasses at the end of June. The official website showed that it would take "about" 20 days. I waited for more than 10 days, but the delivery was not shown. The customer service email explained that it was 20 days. I waited for 20 days, and the customer service explained that it was 20 working days , I waited for 20 working days, and the customer service said that the brand did not deliver to them on time. So I finally placed an order for this pair of glasses at the end of June and received them in early August. The customer service did not express any apology in the whole email.

UPDATE 3 - Lordgun finally refunded me - around five weeks after I placed my order. Thanks to Christiana (who was great) - but the rest of the team was appalling. I ordered a new bike from another retailer that arrived three days later! I will never, ever shop with Lordgun again.

UPDATE 2 - Lordgun just phoned me and threatened a 'lawsuit' for defamation by posting about this topic on Reddit.

If there are any details to this explanation of events then I am happy to edit and change them - but I will not be bullied into silence by this company.

Lordgun have conceded that they will refund me in one week if the order is not found - but I will not remove these posts without any progress being made.

UPDATE - I am filing a claim against Lordgun using the European Small Claims procedure.

Lordgun is a deceptive, dishonest company that has repeatedly lied to me - and disappeared with my money.

I ordered a 1200 bicycle (with 200 euros of accessories) two weeks ago.

I placed my order with 3/4 day FEDEX delivery. The next day they replied and said it would ship with DPD - then gave me a (broken) FEDEX shipping link.

I asked for a working link and was told to wait for it to become active. I pointed out that the link was actually broken - and finally got a working link (with DPD) several days later.

My 'bicycle' was last seen by DPD on June 6th.

DPD have told me that the order is officially lost and Lordgun has to refund me.

Legally, my contract is with Lordgun - NOT DPD.

Lordgun ignores most of my messages and never picks up the phone.

They occasionally reply to my emails - days later - with totally unhelpful, evasive and vague replies.


Lordgun continue to insist that they are waiting to hear from DPD - when DPD has told me that the matter’s closed and I need a refund from Lordgun.

They - once - dialled my phone and hung up after one ring.

Clearly, this was an attempt to log 'we tried to call you' - but with no intention of actually talking to me.

Lordgun is a dishonest and untrustworthy company that loses orders, keeps the cash - and then makes it impossible to contact them.



They have a series of fake local websites that all route to the same Italian store - and do their best to hide the fact they only have one warehouse.


You’ll note that it’s impossible to find contact details for any of their senior team online - there’s a reason for that.

The rotors come in paper box that are put into another thin paper box. No stuffing or padding used. The rotors were bent to the point they can't be used. I sent a video of the rotors hitting harshly hitting BOTH sides of the caliper. This is the official response email from Lordgun:

Dear customer,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately the rotors are easily subject to bending during transport.

However it is possible to straighten them by going to a local mechanic’s.

After I bought these rotors, Lordgun is wanting me to pay someone more money to align them (if possible) to what they were supposed to be in the first place.

These are boutique rotors with a big price. If a company is going to sell quality products with a extraordinary price, the service should also reflect the quality of that product.

Normally never write reviews but feel like i had to.

Ordered some DT SWISS ARC 1400 62mm rims at a very discounted price, came in 7days from Italy to Aus. Absolutely amazing, I was expecting the usual ~1 month shipping from Europe. Very happy and will be using lordgun again!

I ordered a part that was in stock and it was already packed and shipped the very same day.
I chose FedEx express delivery(within 48 hours), because I needed the part quickly, and even though I had my doubts I received the part within the 48 hours. And that is from Italy to Denmark.
So all in all I am very satisfied customer.

Very poor service.
Unable to track parcel
Did not arrive after nearly 6 weeks.
Had to pursue refund via PayPal resolution centre and eventually got money back.
Would not recommend or use again.

BE WARNED THESE SHIP FROM ITALY.
they have many sites making you think your ordering from the country of your residence ie .Co.uk Web address and payments in gbp.
When really they ship from Italy so you will probably get charged customs!!
Yes IF you follow some links when buying you will see this BUT it not clear enough.
Also postage is VERY slow ordered an item over a week ago still not arrived probably looking at at least another week as I've not even been asked to pay customs yet.

Found the only pair in my size in pretty much the whole of Europe, for cheaper than any other site. Delivery to the UK in 1.5 days, 3 days before the predicted delivery date. Absolutely stoked.
Will 100% use again.

placed an order for 5xfulcrum spokes and 2 relevant tools on 12 oct 2021, received the items on 16 october and i am in Singapore, faster than if i order locally. furthermore when i wanted to order a wheelset and enquire about the delivery time, ms michiel was very helpful in providing the exact time frame needed as it is a made to order purchase. good buying and ordering experience been a first time engaging them.

Be careful - this is a European based reseller and returns will cost you a minimum of $35 using the cheapest postage. There is no US returns system.
Also the returns process is complex: 1) request return code 2) get Proforma Customs form to fill out duplicates (and they ask you to lie to customs and understate value of items) 3) Sign the Washington convention in duplicate 4) Send back. BTW you have to send to some person in Italy's personal address in Brescia, Italy.
