They made me waste 500 eur
They made me waste 500 eur. I bought a Power Meter and I wanted to return since it was to small for my bike and when I asked for a refund, they claimed that the article/product was not directly sold by them and for instance I do not have the opportunity/right to return it. I cannot be more pissed with such a service. It looks they play with their customers.

The products purchased with the writing "on order" are items that are not available in stock and are ordered upon customer request.
This is done because they are special components or products with low demand and specific for certain types of bikes or standards.
Having little demand we prefer to order them only if necessary because the sale would be difficult and we risk having products in stock for months without having a real demand. Therefore it is not possible, in normal cases, to accept a return request (also specified in the terms and conditions of our website).
However, we have understood your difficulty and inability to use the power meter and have therefore accepted your return and refunded your purchase as per your request.

Very fast shipping
List prices are lower than other bike sites for most of their products. They don't give much discount and good luck looking for promo codes for their site.
Very fast shipping via Fedex but the shipping cost increases exponentially for heavy or big volume items. Would prefer if they provide a cheaper but slower shipping option.

absolutely useless. they will not accept the use of two gift vouchers (that's vouchers that have been paid for) on the same order!!!
their stock levels are hopeless and now they have imposed a minimum £135 order!!
Don't buy from these people.

Perfect, but no printed return sticker
Delivery was very fast and product is exactly as ordered (brand new bicycle-shoes).
But a printed return sticker is missing (in case the size would not fit), so I can only give 4 stars out of 5.

I was looking for a "Miche Cassette" and this website had the right product at the right price! Initially I was reticent in ordering as other sites were not to positive with their feedback but decided to take the plunge anyway! Im glad I did as the product arrived reasonably quickly and worked well.
