Quick delivery and high quality products. My puppy is very picky with beds and he loves his oval bed. Got the matching crate cover too which makes it so homely and looks nice in the house.

Totally unhelpful customer service and mis-described item on website. Ordered a travel mat, L, which is described as suitable for cockapoo/ springer spaniel/ labrador. In fact it's enormous, more suitable for a Bernese etc, and the item itself is labeled XL. I asked for an exchange for another bed and L&L refuse because returns are generated within 14 days. It took 4 attempts (email, live chat, phone call, WhatsApp) and over a week to get a response. Very poor service for a premium product.

Had to order a crate last minute after our large cat had surgery good service and arrived on time

Great customer service. Staff really helpful despite my courier damaging several crates!!! Each time they were helpful with returns and sending out new products. I actually felt bad the courier kept damaging their goods. Recommend this company. Really pleasant staff and now I have a crate that wasn’t damaged by the courier I can vouch that it is a quality and solid product!

My mammy is typing for me today to give a good review to Lords and Labradors.
My mammy kept bumping her knee on my crate door so she got me a new one with sliding doors. We are both very happy because I like the door to be open as I love to go in and out all day long.
She told me it was easy to order and it was delivered really quickly. The quality my crate is better than my old one so thank you very much for helping us both😁

I ordered an All for Paws Chill Out Cooling Mat on 8th April, but it has not arrived yet (25th April).
I haven't had an update on delivery and when I check evri, it says in transit.

Easy to order online and came the next day!

I ordered a new cushion to replace the previous one. It was difficult to get any idea of delivery and when it did turn up the quality is not as good as the one I bought 2 yrs ago. They look fabulous on the website but not when they arrive.

Great products, but trying to return an item is painful!! Can’t get a shipping label, plus shipping is taken off the refund and no one will reply to my msgs. Phone number doesn’t work either!! Won’t use again!!

I’m happy to delete this review once Lords & Labradors have responded, but I’ve been trying to get hold of someone since Sunday regarding an urgent safety issue.

My puppy ingested something toxic that was found inside one of your boxes, and I’ve had no response despite multiple attempts to contact you.

I’ve emailed three times, sent Instagram messages, completed your online form, and tried both live chat and your phone number, none of which have been successful.

This is extremely concerning given the nature of the issue. Please can someone get back to me as soon as possible.
