Delivered sooner than expected. Price was reasonable.

My order arrived a couple of days before the 25% discount was applied to the site.
As I had spent almost £140.00 I contacted the company to see on this occasion and as a new customer they would honour this.
The reply I received was "No sorry"
I tend to judge buying from companies how they treat customers after purchase, many going above expectations.
Unfortunately this is not the case with Lord & Labradors.The company would certainly have had repeated orders and recommendations to family and friends if they had shown courtesy.
I shall not be ordering from this company again.

Absolutely excellent quality collar. Beautifully made absolutely amazing quality fits our black Labrador Guide Dog perfectly. Delivery was excellent.

Why are you not answering the telephone?

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever bought from their customer service is shockingly poor and incredibly frustrating.

I ordered a product from them and paid extra for the next day delivery. It hasn’t arrived. It hasn’t even been dispatched and you are unable to get hold of anyone to discuss the status of your order.

It’s not the first time I’ve had trouble with this company and I’m wondering myself why I went back to them for a second time. Avoid at all costs.

Really good quality dog blankets and beds

I have purchased a few leads and collars from Lords & Labradors and I find the quality outstanding, the leather is soft and comfortable to wear, I’ve tried a lot of different brands since my 2 year old dog was a puppy with a lot of trial and errors until I found lords & Labradors, beautiful leather in lots of verity and colours. Delivery is fast the quality is amazing and the colours are eye catching 🐾🐾

I ordered a cat scratching post the quality is fantastic easy to put together - cats love it !!

I made a small error when placing my order. Trying to rectify this has been so difficult, 3 emails later and still no reply with an offer of help, the phone number supplied on the website doesn’t work. Occasional contact via messenger but nothing since we’ve tried to arrange a return of our items. Happy with the product but the service has so far been terrible with almost a complete lack of contact in helping us rectify the situation.

Overpriced for basic polyester quality. Delivery took nearly 2 months. Most importantly, it’s not secure in the car and doesn’t provide proper safety for travel. Not recommended.

I ordered a dog bed advertised as a premium “calming/anti-anxiety” product. Unfortunately, the material has a noticeably firm, crunchy inner layer which creates both an unusual texture and sound when handled. This doesn’t feel in line with a soft, calming product, and the overall quality is not what I expected at this price point.

The item remains completely unused with tags attached and was only removed from packaging to inspect.

I contacted customer service multiple times over more than a week to arrange a return, clearly explaining the issue, but have received no response beyond an initial generic reply directing me to the returns portal.

It’s very disappointing to have no meaningful customer support, especially when trying to resolve a straightforward return for an unused item.

The dog crate I have purchased is of very good quality and is definitely worth the money

Great product at a great price. We originally purchased the medium bed for our small cocker spaniel however it was too small. Exchanging for the larger size was straight forward and the bed is absolutely lovely.

Absolutely amazing company Lords and Labradors are! I ordered a few items for my new puppy and his bed didn't arrive. I called their customer service and they sent one immediately on priority service which I received following day allowing my puppy to get a good night sleep. The quality of the products are amazing and if you ever thinking of buying products for your dogs or puppies this is the place to come. I'll definitely be a regular buyer. Thanks again xxx

Quick delivery and high quality products. My puppy is very picky with beds and he loves his oval bed. Got the matching crate cover too which makes it so homely and looks nice in the house.
