I would have given 5 stars but sadly I paid for next day and didn’t receive till 6 days later….quality of the product was absolutely lovely.

Absolutely love the cat stand so do my fur babies. Fantastic quality, stylish, unique and visitors have admired. We had a slight issue with our item but L&L resolved this very quickly and professionally. Fast delivery. Would definitely buy from this company again. Great customer service.

I bought the wooden dog crate in white. It is absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier. Beautiful product, sturdy and great quality, amazing for the price! I’ve owned dogs all my life and had many crates, finally one that is practical and beautiful. My springer spaniel boy has plenty of room and is very comfortable in this size large crate. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely buy again.

Absolutely obsessed with the quality and look of these products. The Opal Minerals collection is stunning — cosy, luxurious and perfect for our home décor. The champagne gold crate is beautiful and feels really sturdy, while the blankets and bed are incredibly soft and calming for our puppy. Everything looks even better in person and feels premium quality throughout. Highly recommend!

I ordered a bed from this company in the Black Friday sale back in November. It arrived the next day. It was decent quality for the price (40% off) although it did have a wonky logo on the front.

I then ordered a second bed on the 7th May. On the 13th May I had to chase it up as it hadn’t been sent out yet, I received a prompt response advising me it was scheduled to be sent out by the next day.

The bed wasn’t sent out the next day, and since then all communication from myself has been ignored by L&L despite the fact they keep posting on their social media. I have tried contacting them via email, whatsapp & instagram, the number listed on here doesn’t work. I also advised them if they did not dispatch this week I wanted to cancel the order which they have ignored.

Whilst the quality of the first bed was good, their customer service is shocking, as many other reviews have said. I don’t know how a company that treats customers like this is still going.

I’ve now got to try and get my money back so I can order my old dog a bed from elsewhere.

Soft, comfy exactly what I wanted, might get another

The despatch was fast. The product was taller than advertised and so didn’t fit in the space without us modifying it. There was some minor damage to the item on receipt, and we had to hammer one part back together as some pieces were separated - nailed together rather than screwed and so came apart in transit. Happy with the product but it wasn’t worth £300.

I finally purchased the XL crate in powder coated metal with sliding doors replacing my year old Labrador puppy’s L crate which was too small for her. This crate is brilliant, easy to put up( heavy though) looks very well made, sliding doors are a godsend as this crate takes up less room than a metal gate permanently open and getting in my way. Great company , excellent next free day delivery .

Very expensive bed so I’m disappointed my dog won’t go near it. Also I enquired about getting a replacement cushion cover if I ever needed to wash the one provided and they don’t sell them. With the price of the beds I would have thought they would have sold extra covers.

So I ordered the easy traveller and it arrived really quick , unfortunately it was too small so I reordered the double easy traveller but in haste , sent it to the wrong address . I contacted L&L several times and eventually got a response to say that they would recall the misdirected order and resend it out to the new address, and refund my original purchase. Great I thought , unfortunately it took over a week and no one replied to any of my attempted contacts . Such lovely products but customer service is awful . Get this right and it would be 5⭐️ every time !
