Had my bed delivered today , have to say it was a quick delivery. Bed came with easy instructions manual. Overall a beautiful bed looks stunning in my room. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I've been emailing regarding an order and followed up with a call only to be told to message again which I did on top of reaching out on Facebook message, to no response. Beds may be affordable but it doesn't mean anything if company is unreachable.

And to be very clear, responding to a number of emails that have already been sent is most definitely in the company's control and it is not for a company to tell a customer not meeting such a basic expectation when you are a potential new customer warrants anything more than 1 star. When people are likely to part with hundreds of pounds they want to know they can easily get hold of the company in question. This site is called TRUSTpilot for a reason but of course the company doesn't deem it to be a 'big deal'.

Just received my grand Laguna bed , really good quality material ! The assembly was really quick and easy with the instructions provided. Really satisfied with my purchase and will be buying from them again for my guest room.

Searched everywhere for the right bed!! Eventually found this website!! Ordered our bed, had a sticky patch as it said delivery was free but that was a mistake, they don’t deliver to where I live. Bit gutted but they delivered to Glasgow and I paid extra delivery. Our bed came couple weeks ago but we only unwrapped it and set it up last night. Wow!!! I’m in love with it! Our only issue was the two main pieces of wood that sit in the middle were missing but I have a handy husband and he made a couple for us!! The need looks stunning in our newly decorated room. Would def order more beds if they only could deliver, like lots of other companies, further north of Scotland. No real complaints other than what I said, hence 4 stars and not 5!!
