Good service
Good service. A lot less buffering compared to the service I was using. Just need a lot more of the newer movies. The service i used before had a lot more newer and new releases available to watch

Good picture, when it worked
Some channels your website says were available weren't. I tried some of them and got the channel is offline message. Other channels had sound but no picture or a picture but no sound. Playback of other channels frequently stopped playing, displayed a reconnecting in 5 seconds message. I know that problems happen on occasion, but shouldn't happen as frequently as they did when I had my free trial. I won't be signing up.

Hi, the only time we would not send out info is if legit info is not entered at checkout or if had already had a trial. Other than that I assure you we always send out. Sometimes our emails go to spam. Once we send out email it's beyond our control. But if you would like to message support I will look into this.
