I disagree with most of these reviews online I had an item posted to me which took approx 3 weeks to arrive only to find that packaging tube was not sturdy enough to fit the 2 prints in I purchased , on delivery there was no tube stoppers on top or bottom the tube was complete flat therefore not a tube anymore more like a flattened piece of cardboard inside , I contacted Anthony from Lotsy straight away he was a bit defensive and apologetic in his first responce to my e Mail , he blamed Royal Mail , Courier company for damage and told me to contact Royal Mail or Courier company for a refund , SORRY THAT IS NOT MY JOB ! my contract with Lotsy is with you ?? And not up to me to chase company’s for a refund , my second e Mail and 3 rd email where answered by Anthony with more and more negative and abusive and also very sarcastic reply’s from Anthony, I have a copy of all pictures e Mail trails if you require to look at them but , I would never ever again use or recommend this company to any person I know the customer service and don’t care attitude I recieved was disgusting

For me, his has to be one of the best online companies I have used. Service and communication excellent. Very patient with my requests getting the towns in each location positioned correctly.
Living the other side of the world I received in 7 days.

First if all, the personalised goods you receive are printed on great quality paper. Nice and thick, not flimsy.
Second, communication is fantastic with emails, wanting to get your poster how you want it looking.
Third, sent quickly in a strong card tube once you have agreed to the layout.

I love this company. I had a set of 3 maps made for my nieces wedding. I ordered on Friday and they arrived on Saturday. They are absolutely gorgeous. I'm sure they will take pride of place in their home. I am just about to order more. Price is very reasonable for personalised art.
The prints are on thick quality paper.

Really totally thrilled with my A0 size print to decorate my lounge wall and it’s a real talking point showing the connections in our family. It looks fabulous.
I made a mistake with my first order which was my own tech failure! But the guys at Lotsy helped by reprinting it on the size I wanted and then I added some words. Everyone was very efficient and a delight to deal with. Highly recommend.
