I ordered OBX cologne back in November, twice, and never received it. Just an email saying they were behind because of holidays. They are a scam! I doubt I will ever get the product or a refund!!

Ordered on November 11th a whole bundle deal about 70 dollars worth never received my order they stated it would be here by Christmas! Tried emailing them several times heard nothing back got no refund! They are a scam!!! Don’t buy from them!!!

I have previously ordered products with Lottie London, with no problems but something has gone seriously wrong with the company’s customer service recently. Ordered placed and paid for 5th Dec, nothing sent out, no email explaining delay, I have emailed them 3 times and completed customer service forms, with not even an acknowledgment. I doubt now I will ever receive this order, and I will now never use this company again, and recommend others to avoid.

Ordered items for Christmas almost a month ago on Black Friday. Never received the items nor have they even bothered to respond to any emails asking about the order. Sure, maybe you got overwhelmed with orders and couldn’t fulfill them all, but how about at least a little communication and customer service. This is a horribly run business and I will never order from here again.

I ordered the Outer Banks cologne for my son for Christmas way back in early November. I emailed several times and received emails saying their Black Friday sale was more than they expected. However, I ordered three weeks prior. So much for that Christmas gift. I’ve asked for a refund and thus far, I’ve heard no reply! Super disappointed, but lesson learned. Do not buy anything from this company!

What’s going on Lottie London? I’ve been a customer for a very long time, and now you don’t even bother to answer any customers emails or comments? I’ve ordered some mascaras, nails and a lipstick. I haven’t even ordered the perfume everyone is still waiting for since OCTOBER. I don’t know if you have any stock issues or something but at least can we have an update? SUPER disappointed! SORT IT OUT!

I placed an order on November 27th and my account was charged on November 28th and as of today December 20th I have not received my order or any answers to my questions about my order. Tracking shows a mailing label created on November 28th but not ever received by the POSTAL Service. Very disappointing and very bad service. I believe this company is scamming people and should be investigated!!

I ordered the outer banks perfume early November of this year for my granddaughter for Christmas. I have not received my order and Christmas is just a few days away. I have emailed them because they have no phone number. I got 1 email back and it was a prefab email that I am sure they send to everyone. Still didn’t answer my question I either want my order or a refund. Please do not waste you time or money ordering from this company.

I ordered the Outer Banks Perfume for my daughter. I waited patiently for 1 month. I received 1email asking me to be patient because they were running late bc of Black Friday sales, even though I ordered before Black Friday. Their website claimed to guarantee item to be shipped within 3 days. 6 weeks have gone by, I reached out to their customer service to cancel order, get refund or get an accurate ETA. I have heard back nothing. This company I hope is a scam, bc if it’s a legit company, they should be embarrassed by how they operate.

Do not order from this company. They immediately take your money from your account and then do not fulfill. I have sent multiple emails and received one generic response stating they were overwhelmed from all of their Black Friday love they received. The order has say saying order placed and nothing else has ever came of it. Do not order from them!!!

I ordered the outer banks perfume for a gift for my daughter for Christmas back in mid November. On November 29, it was marked ready to ship. It’s sat “ready to ship” since then. No replies to emails questioning what’s going on with my order. So I started checking out their social media accounts; where I found that hundreds of other customers are facing the same issue.
They even blocked me off their tik tok page for warning others of their scam!
We all need to get Netflix involved for using their brand to market something that they’re literally stealing money for!
NEVER trust this company! Don’t buy their products anywhere they’ve taken enough money from us.

My order says placed...thats it...this was nov 18...I have reached out several times with no reply.....go somewhere else

Listen, the products and marketing look legit and they campaigned hard for Black Friday / Holiday sales.

I don’t know if it is a scam or not, but to me it is seemingly scammy now. My order +$100 products, placed 11.21. I checked a week later after not receiving “order shipped” email and it says Unfulfilled. It’s still the same after 3 weeks.

I sent multiple emails (no ph#) and no reply. I sent a message using their form and a week later a very general response that they are sorry for delay and monitoring the issue. MONITORING.

Tons of other comments on Social Media ads that others are experiencing the same. Disputing my charges with cc company now.

Ordered a make up box on Nov 23rd as part of the Black Friday offer, product is still “being prepared”. I have sent 5 emails to the 3 different email addresses they have and 2 direct instagram messages and have had no response at all. There’s no phone number on the website. I direct messaged via Facebook as well, got an automated reply saying for any issues use the live chat on the website. They don’t have a live chat function!! Avoid buying anything from this company

I recently place an order which remains unfulfilled. I have had to raise a case with PayPal as I have sent emails that enquire about my order that are just being ignored. It is a shame as this used to be a reliable company.

Order for 2 Outer Banks perfumes that I placed on 10/28 is still sitting unfullfilled. I have emailed multiple time to both US and UK (before I knew there was a separate customer service for the US). I also completed the "contact us" form on their website a couple times. I have received NO replies at all. I requested an order cancelation and refund in my most recent email, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll reach out to my credit card company next.

Scam. Do not order. I preordered OBX perfume in October, was told it would ship in November, which is when they charged me. Tracking info says shipping label created and USPS awaits product since 11/29. No response from company after multiple emails. Will be disputing charge with my bank.

I feel like I’ve lost my money I spent on the new obx perfumes. In total I spent 108 dollars and I’ve had to email several times and only got a response once. I understand that they are founded in the UK but I order from gymshark that is also I Europe based Company and never have waited this long or gotten a lack of response. I just want to know what happened to my package if it isn’t a scam.

This company will not respond to emails letting customers know when their order will ship. Orders are taking months and no answer from the company. They take your money from the bank quickly though.

It’s been forever now since I placed an order and it has yet to ship! Customer service says would receive before Xmas but tons of people have are having the same problem, as far back as mid nov! I hope I can get a refund. Do not buy from this company!
