The worst customer service! I Do not recommend this website and DO NOT buy from them. They do not respond to any emails.
They charge my card for an online order and I didn’t get my order and didn’t get my money back

Pretty horrible customer service from Kyle a supposed manager. Really embarrassing for a company that doesn’t notify consumers if there are any delays and only try to resolve with asking to cancel your order. Processing should NOT take 5 + days to fulfill. If it is a Holiday rush, blast that all over your site or send out an email blast to the consumers who have ordered. But nope, they hide behind their email and act like you are the one who is the A$$hole asking why your order hasn’t shipped but they sure took their money out of my account fast. Still no update on my order as to when it will be processed. I would be aware and not order from them AT ALL. If my Autistic daughter wasn’t obsessed with Outer Banks I would get my money back.

Well what can I say about Lottie London?
Firstly order process and dispatch i would give 5*****.
The press on nails were gorgeous but unfortunately I had to return the full order, as due to a condition in my nails, I cannot wear them.
Yes I should of checked this out before ordering but I didn't think there would be issue using them.
I returned my full order: 217498. It was received by their fulfilment team on Monday 19th August 2024 at 11.02am. So I thought it's just a matter of days & I would receive an email acknowledging receipt of my return. Now this is clearly stated on their website
"Please use any tracked postal service for returns. Returns without proof of postage will not be eligible for a claim if they have not been received.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and to find out what product is required (in case of exchange)".
This is now the 23rd August & still no receipt. Very disappointing!
I've received generic reply emails
"Thanks for reaching out! I have just checked our system and your return #217498 has not been processed by our fulfilment team. This is updated daily and once received we will process the refund for you. Returns can take up to 14 working days from the date of arrival back at the warehouse. Thank you.

I have proof of receipt as it was sent 48hr tracked, which I've sent to them but they are still not checking for me.
I do understand that I am not their only customer but it's worrying that after 5 days they have still not processed the return onto their system. Which either means they have HUGE returns, the item is lost in their depot or they are scam/con company.
I wish I had read the reviews.

Bounce bright light shade Unfortunately I had a reaction to this product. I have not had a reaction to make up before so didn't hesitate when I purchased this following some social media adverts coming up on my feed. However after applying my eyes became very red and irritated. I washed it off and after a few days attempted again incase I had had a reaction to something else or maybe the product reacted with another product in my morning routine. Unfortunately I continued to have a reaction which included red rash, puffy, irritated eyes. For this reason I couldn't recommend to others.

Brilliant products and excellent customer service ...... I didn't put the free gift on my order properly and messaged because it was missing (this was before I realised I done it wrong)....it was sorted with in less then 5 minutes and also added to my recent order so I ended up getting the 2 ....can no fault how quick delivery is and customer service response is.

Received Lottie superfake false lash effect mascara yesterday
Followed the instructions and it's made very little difference to any other mascara I buy

So I bought the "Lottie London" mascara a bit back. As a lady just gone 50 who's lashes have all but disappeared, I was skeptical about their claims of how their mascara gives length and doesn't clump and gives that "fake lash look" . I was pleasantly surprised just how good it was for the price! It is absolutely brilliant, no clumps, very long lashes and looked brilliant. I have just ordered another one.. . I have tried so many mascaras recently but this one is definitely the best!

Yes, cheap chinese stuff. Poor quality product. Go to a reputable and known brand to save yourself a headache, and your money.

It turns out there are 2 companies with very similar names which led to the confusion, so beware of lottie.london as they are a bunch of crooks, but Lottie-London is a reputable fashion company I am sure are great although have never used them.

Avoid at all costs, absolutely not the trainers that were shown on instagram, they were appalling quality and there was no way to see how to return as al links etc go to another company unrelated but also called Lottie-London.
Do not use, full load of fraudsters

I ordered the 30 piece mega dupe haul, the tracking didn't work. When I did receive it, it only contained 27 items! A few items received were totally different to what was advertised. Plus one of the nail polishes arrived leaking. I contacted Lottie requesting the missing items, pointed out that other items didn't match what was advertised and requested a replacement nail polish but all they could do was refund £7. I feel that this set is falsely advertised and you just get sent random items that they are trying to get rid of instead of what's listed. All foundations are for dark skin too. Don't bother, save your money.

I've ordered a couple times from them as my daughters love their products. The last time I made an order I needed it super quick and even though it was free 'standard delivery' - which with other places can take about a week - they sent it out super quickly so I would recieve it in time. Customer service is excellent and I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much!

Quite bad service, the order time on the website says within 2 working days, got the order in about 10 working days with no message from them explaining what was happening. Had to send it back as it was no longer needed by that time and it arrived to them only 2 days later, it took them 2 weeks to refund and they needed chasing for it or I wouldn't have gotten the money back.

Lottie London customer service is excellent. My order hadn't been shipped out for a week after I placed it, so I reached out to their email and explained the situation (I needed the order in a few days for a gift). The very next morning I got a reply apologizing for the delay and letting me know the order would be dispatched that day. They ended up expediting the shipping to get it to me as soon as possible and I had my order two days later. So while the initial experience wasn't ideal, I was delighted that the Lottie London team did everything to make it right. I will order from them again.

The items are dumped in a box, no protection or extra wrapping against damage in transit.

Can’t believe I’ve been sleeping in Lottie London, I thought it was a new company absolutely adore every product I’ve bought so far, lucky the prices are so reasonable bc I have to buy 4 of everything bc of my mum and nieces wanting them too 🙃💝

I am writing this review to warn people of a fake copy company. This is with the aim of helping the real Lottie.london (this one).
The fake company is lottie.london.co.uk and is advertising on instagram. I nearly bought from the fake company but found this real one luckily.
If lottie.london wishes me to remove this review I will do so.

Love all the products I’ve tried especially the bitten lip oil and black ph blusher order came within 2 days of ordering. Hope the bronzing drops come back in stock soon as I’m really looking forward to trying them. Products are so nice for the price

Do not buy from Lottie London!! You will never get your package. I have been trying to even get a refund from them and it's just horrible!!! They ignore emails and there is no phone number to even call them!!

mostly really not good quality at all! feels like kids magazine makeup & majority of the products have those awful fruity fake smells, won't be ordering again, gutted I wasted my money really! The eyeliners are ok though, the stamps are good & it doesn't come off easily, but they do bleed a bit
