Items came very fast and they were really great quality

I contacted the company’s customer service via email when, nearly two weeks after placing an order, I realised I had yet to receive any despatch notification. Kyle from the customer experience team answered my email the same day and said he’d check with their fulfilment department and I received my order a few days later so very happy.
Really impressed with the foundation match as well, would order from Lottie London again.

Got the advent calendar on sale and was pleasantly surprised, cute products some of which I may reorder. I also realised rec2ntly my favourite blusher is from Lottie London. Fast dispatch, no complaints here!

Ordered the bundle but as someone else has pointed out it was a lot of dark dingy colours that will never suit anyone fair skinned, clearly just off-loading stuff they can’t sell. Very disappointed. Could they not at least have a package tailored to your general skin colour. Sadly I don’t even have any dark skinned friends I could give it to.

As other people have also said, I too was quite disappointed when it arrived rattling around in a cardboard box. Too many duplicate items received. Five slay all day lipsticks in brown shades, obviously these boxes are just stuff they want to get rid of. Same with the five foundation sticks, all toffee colours that probably won’t suit too many people.

Not great , like others I ordered the bundle of makeup that came chucked in a cardboard box no packaging and lids off of stuff. I sent pictures and they said they would replace the item . This I felt was an opportunity for them to redeem themselves a bit but sadly not they just sent the one random product that my Daughter probably won’t even use, customer service needs work , feels a very young company. Wouldn’t recommend or use again I’m afraid.

I ordered a £150 for just £30 they stated a longer wait for delivery and they emailed once dispatched and i was able to see when it was being delivered.
People have statex it just comes in a cardboard box which isnt an issue as it didnt say it was comming in a gifr box.
They also tell you they are doing their bit for plastic so no longer use it the ones they do still have it on are widely recyclable plus you get 15% off your next purchase!!
Cant wait to try them out dont think ill be gifting them 🤦‍♀️🤣

I was abit surprised when the bundle I brought came in just a postage box but I ignored it. I looked and the foundation sticks and as soon as I opened the lid the actual foundation flew out it was not done properly. I also found some of the make up had Plastic on it which showed it was brand new but some didn’t. Disgusted.

Purchasdd the bundle the was £150 worth for under £34. Everyone moaning that it didn't come in a box but it didn't state that it did. All you have to do is buy a box from cheap shop, some tissue paper and away you go! Mystery gifts were very good. It was all meant for my daughter for stocking fillers but I have now decided to half it between me and her as its so good 😎🤣no complaints here

I received my first order that was £150 worth of makeup in one of their offers and it just came in a delivery box, rattling around in the box with no packaging inside or even a presentation box to say where it was from, just a leaflet. I have emailed them to complain with photos.
Very disappointed and won't be ordering again

Bought 1of there bundles for my daughters birthday. In one of the pics it looks like it comes in a box which it doesn’t. So now I have to think of a way to present it as a present.

Ordered bundle 9 days ago, delivery said 10-14 days. Fantastic it arrived early!

My daughter just received the bundle offer and she loves it! We will definitely be buying more. The only negative was it did take a while to arrive. One happy daughter!

Ordered products 12 days ago was sent a confirmation email saying we will email you with details about dispatch and delivery and never heard anything since - have taken my money though tried to contact them through social media and costumer service platforms but not a response in sight
