This Company is sending withdrawl amount of fraud amount. Lottoland send me 3000 and that 3000 trouble me into cyberfraud transactions. I alaready mailed lottoland 30 times about detailed transaction details. But still no response.Lottoland i sinvolved in cyberfraud.

I have deposited rupees 900 on 24 th October 25 but after sending many proofs of deposit in form of Google pay transaction report bank statement and above all Npci report of transaction the company is denying the deposit. When they are doing this for deposit what if I win and they will never allow me to withdraw. So many emails have been sent but still they didn't not resolve it.I consider now this a fraud lottery game and will never play again. You all should be beware of this fraud site. Fraud from America.

After many email follow-ups, I still did not receive my money nor the response. I am tired of following up; I would like to give up.

I can only advise the people not to use Lottoland portal for any online gaming.

On 10th Nov i have purchase a ticket in lottoland , malamaal Daily lottery of Rs 400 around 8 ticket, but when i tried to open the site next day , message is shown that your account has being close and the ticket which i have purchase has being cancel
an the amount has being refunded
Now you tell me as mu account is close how i can open mu account and with my refund amount

O won price on 4 September after that my account has block it’s really scam

On 28.09.2025, a winning amount of INR 5000 was credited to my account after processing a withdrawal request; however, this transaction fund source was found to be fraudulent, leading the CYBER CRIME CELL to place a seized my account, and they have frozen my existing account balance approx. INR 20 Lakhs funds too.

This is a follow on to my first review I have waited since Thursday last week for somebody to get back to me via email to confirm why am I withdrawals so not reach my bank account it was done Wednesday Thursday it takes 24 hours it states on the side if paid by visa or debit card sometimes it's four or five days I have raised chat open chat I've sent email upon email to support and I also requested that once this is sorted out I will be shutting down my account because it's absolutely diabolical the customer services and absolute disgrace and all now four five days later I still haven't received my money from them that they owe me that they already told me the processed via email five days ago any other site that I work with is instantly in my bank account and these normally take for hours when they're on a good run but there is nobody available in chat since Thursday nobody available to talk back to me nobody in customer support to reply by email I would actually avoid this site if I was you I am also forwarding all my information to the gambling commission And they have closed my account down still no response from them

Even after again submitting the details of the payment , they have not remitted my money vide this forum within 3 days from 3rd Octobre onwards. I had already written in my review regarding the payment detail on 12 th Sep,2025

SEE, THEY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED REGARDING MY PAYMENT BUT CONVEYED UNTRUTH, THAT THEY HAVE CREDITED. SO, ONE THING IS PROVED THAT I WAS HAD CONVEYED THE TRUTH.

Just google about lottoland.asia before betting, it is ment for cheating and fraud for people. All reviews about fraud and cheating has been provided. All should report to Indian Govt to lodge a complaint on this.

My lottoland account has been closed due to account verification failed and deposits are stuck in it...neither I can withdraw nor understand the process of reopen as they say update details but after account closed how the person can update the details if error... Fake website

Lottoland Asia seems least bothered on customer service. Having a rating of 1 plus, it's surprising they still operate in this market. Having done a little research I understand lottoland asia is not specifically licensed or the domain Asia is no where mentioned in the license issued by the authorities mentioned by lottoland. I wonder how this works. Payment issues are Neverending and mails are never addressed, lately they direct us to speak to our banks to track the payments that's lapsed by their payment gateway.

Few month ego I deposit 700 but not credited to wallet after repeatedly contact customer care.
But recently I have successfully deposit 2 times but not credited to my wallet single time deposit. In total 3 times same issue, just suck your money . And after contact costomer support team they will say not receive money.

100% fraud. I losted 1lakh. Briefly i say that they cheated me brilliantly. I really played for 2 yrs. Till now i have not earned a single rupee.…..I realised now it was wasting time, money, energy, hope that one day we will be a millionare. But all of my hopes are gone to drain. Please don't use this site. Your dreams never ever becomes real, it is fake will not become real.
