Live chat... how to connect with live chat. Please don't make the people like a fool ..... it's bad experience

I have been playing lottoland.asia for quite a few months. In the past I also had a terrible issue of my winnings. In fact my account have been verified many times but still they delayed my withdrawal in the past.
Same issue happend today. I deposited Rs. 14000/- and made it upto Rs. 50000/- now trying to withdraw but to my surprise again it shows that "Your account verification is in progress." For every week do I have to varify my account ? And going through my profile i see that my profile is updated. It is always and almost all the times lottoland.asia is making fuss about withdrawals. They just want your deposites and ignors your withdrawals so that out of frustration you play entire winning and ultimatly you came to zero. Is this what lottoland.asia wants ? If you are a genuine then expediate my withdrawal.

I have contacted support but there is no proper reply till now. and there is no live chat option I see on your website

Very poor customer service. I had deposited approximately 750/- rupees in three deposit on November 2024. Still it is in dark. They had no idea about where was my amount and customer support is tortalized

I am extremely disappointed with Lottoland India. I won ₹1,00,000 INR, and now my withdrawal option has disappeared. Support is not responding, and I feel cheated. I have been a loyal player, and this is unacceptable. Please process my withdrawal immediately or I will be forced to escalate this complaint officially.

This is fraud website don't use they didn't credit amount and no reply from support also after sending multiple times.

I won small amount before few years. First amount was Rs.1200 and second amount was for Rs.1000. They credited the amount to my bank account registered with my lottoland account, that's a different thing that the first credit took 14 days and the second one took 30 days. But now I won Rs.1600 and have withdrawn it. Funds have been debited from my lottoland account but it's still not credited to my bank account. Firstly I thought that I have received two successful credits into my bank account so I'll receive this one for sure. But now it's almost 45 days and I'm loosing hope towards those won amount.

Deposited Rs. 2400- on 05-02-2025 and Rs. 1350- on 08-2-2025 but not credited to my account till now, even after 40-50 mail, they don't reply and credit the amount in my account.

Till today 21-2-2025, they didn't give me any credit in my account.

On 26-2-2025, they give me credit of Rs. 1350-.

But Rs. 2400- deposited, is pending till today 3-3-2025.

I requested for withdrawal on 23rd December 2024 on lottoland still I don't receive payment, and customer support very poor, every time same reply
No any updates, it's only 1400 Rupees if anyone win bigger amount I didn't think they will give any response, lottoland policy 2 to 5 working days process for withdrawal, but it's 8 working days gone

I made an official complaint regarding a deposit of ₹750 on the Lottoland site on the 28th of September at 2:50 am, which has yet to be credited to my account. I have already raised a query under the "Deposit Not Credited" category and provided all proof of payment. Additionally, I have sent emails to support team but as of now, I have not received any response or credit to my account.

This issue has occurred previously, but on that occasion, it was resolved within 1-2 hours. However, this time there seems to be no communication or resolution. It appears to be an ongoing problem with the Lottoland.asia platform, as sometimes UPI IDs provided by their agents are rejected by payment services such as PhonePe. I have highlighted this issue in my previous communications, including screenshots, but have yet to receive a response.

Given the delay and lack of communication, I am unsure if the ₹750 will be credited to my Lottoland account. I would advise all users to exercise caution when making deposits through the UPI channels provided on the site, as there is a risk that the amount may not be credited.

lottoland customer care only gives you reply here not on there customer care review massage, i had complaint about deposit less than ₹500 but they didn't even reacted and they only react here...may be its fake Lottoland.asia making fools of asian people

I deposit but my account is not credited. They don't even reply they don't have proper customer care they cheat people money. Never trust this application .

This Lottoland asia is a big scam they have cheated my hard earned money. Customer Service is a worst part in this casino support. This people are just a cheater .Please its my Humble request not to play in this f..c site or app, they stole money from bank account if credit card is Used for payment as they keep the details of our banking activities.

Absolutely dodgy. Was asked in an online chat and in emails for my passport and card details. Did not receive my payout after a week. Have reported for fraudulent activity and blocked the company. Do not trust them.

I trusted them for some years and finally today I realised they are scamsters. I had deposited Rs2100 into my player account which did not get credited. I followed up with 3 follow-up emails. After 10 days, they asked for the uptodate bank statement. I sent the full bank statement showing the debit and no reversals since then. Today, they responded by saying that the amount was not received by them and the debit for some 'other trader'. I have given given them business of Rs 10Lakhs plus and yet they cheated a loyal business giving customer. PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!

When I inquired, they gave me a vague response saying transaction must have failed. It was not a failed transaction, but I believe they must be conning numerous customers with this pretext.

I suggest all complainants to log your complaints with the cyber crime portal as I am going to do.
