On 5 July from 5 May I just got my $43 winnings withdrawal after 2 month aprox from Diva QBEnetrprize lottosmile but now my lottosmile account there is freeze I don't care bye I hope they unfreeze soon Thanks To my Almighty and Trustpilot😚

Till now I deposited 14 lakh but they didn’t ask regarding verification. But when I win 3 lakh they are asking for verification.is Lottoland is real or fake . How many verification steps are there . Initially they said ur account is verified . After winning 3 lakh to process for winning amount they are asking for verification .
I am wondering how many verification is required after depositing 14.44 lakh .
Lottoland customer service is very very late.

I just registered on lottoland 3 days back. I submitted my ID proof document for verification of the account. Still it is showing verification in progress. I also wrote to their customer support but no reply and no updation of account. Money cannot be withdrawn from an Unverified account. Really poor service

This Lottoland is headache and pain in the ass , I haven't received any reset link , they advice to check all the mail box but they failed to provide any rest link .

First of all deposit isn't always instant, sometimes it doesn't credit. Same for withdrawal. First 2-3 withdrawals done within 2-3 days without any problem. There is no direct live chat option. Their customer service is pathetic and slower than you can imagine. Suppose if you deposit/withdraw money which is not successful and you write email to them. Now they will take at least 2 working days just to respond. Even if you clearly mention all the details in mail, they will again ask all details so that this can be dragged into another 2 days. I've read many reviews, I am pretty sure this site is not trustworthy. I am sure they don't even read reviews here, just copy paste same response to everyone!!!

Now you can see their response. As I said they just copy paste same reply to everyone, I don't think they even read the review. Now it's nearly a month, neither withdrawal credited nor a single response to any of my mail!!

I have deposited money in the account and is not yet credited. Sent tooanu emails but she reply I get is they are investigating the money. This is a pure scam.

This is fake website. UPI address shows some unknown company names.. please do not play here.... You wil not win here., only smal amounts you wil win and you wil loose a lott.. even customer service is very worst. So please do not play here..

This organization is fraud and suddenly closed my account without specific reasons, even submitted my ID proof.
They took my amount and suddenly close the account, so request to all, please don't open account with Lottoland, it's waste of amount and time.
Strictly please don't invest with lottoland.

Worst customer service ever.
I deposited money but it was never credited to my Lottoland account despite being debited from my bank account.

I have tried multiple times to reach customer care for more than half a month now but i have yet to get even a single reply.

Fake site . Don’t use it . UPI IDs change frequently . Better play a local lottery than paying some frauds .

If you make payment throgh UPI every time UPI ID is change when you scane QR code so it is like froud with people. Why they are stick on one UPI ID. I have written to Lottoland Asia India but they have till not given satisfactoey reply.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT YET. They blocked my account.
Totally fraud.

I had deposited some money but it was never credited to my lotto land account. I had sent three emails to customer care but none of them have been answered even after a week. They are major frauds and request everyone to stay the hell away from them.

Do not purchase any tickets from lottoland asia, this seems to be a scam, I have deposited 600 one month back still it is not reflecting in account

They have partners for their deposits in India- Off late most of the deposits fail, In the past few days there have been 5 failed deposits and their customer care in spite of repeated follow-up's via emails ( that is the only option) do not seem to care- In today's competitive environment this will only result in customer's walking away

Do not buy any lotto tickets lotto land because lotto land service support is very worst...I have some amount deposit lotto purchase but amount not reflect in my account .... I have compliant lotto land but no response

Large win of €16,000 going back and forth all week with them with no update just I’ll pass it on to the relevant team , ridiculous, no contact number and won’t let you speak to a manager, had a payout of €700 from the week before in my account within hours once this is sorted will never use this site again
Update : I’ve now gotten in touch with the gambling regulator authority of Ireland

LOTTOLAND HAVE NOW CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WHILE I HAD A PAYOUT OF €16,000 NOT RECIEVED
