This website is the worst and untrusted among all online lottery websites.I played superenalotto(AN1034080670),Malamaal daily (AN1034080670) and cricket Lotto total of 440 inr but after confirmation on 9-10/5/2022 they suspended my account.when i requested to return my amount they refused and askd for read conditions in which website has authority to cancel any bet without condition.I want to say not to waste your money on fake websites like this.By the way if you win you would get nothing.

I had been playing on lottoland Asia site for very long time.i frequently put bets on their south African lotto site also.it had been also for very long times.and then suddenly they have closed my account without any priore notice.i have Rs.1505 balance on lottoland Asia site.i have requested them many times to give my balance money into my bank account but they don't replied for that matter .now they don't care to reply my emails. Fraud website. Please be careful before depositing your money into this site. They won’t answer your queries after they have taken your money. If you win, forget the winnings as they will not let you withdraw. The winnings can only be used to buy new tickets. My money is stuck with them and they are not responding to my emails. 1. Earlier all deposit and withdrawal had jo limit. Now they have changed. You can deposit any amount but when you win and withdraw they will allow only 50% withdrawal. This is a clear fraud to force customer to play.

2. I deposited money but was not credited to my account. After months of followup customer service said that deposit was used some where else.

Lottoland has the worst Customer Support.There is no one to respond to your issues.Live chat is useless has they make you wait in queue and when your turn comes they will flash that no agents are available.
No one responds to your mail and even their turn around time is too high.

I am playing since 3 years on Lottoland.

But i lost too much money here, before a week (25/11/2023) when I tried to withdraw my winning amount of 5000 rs, on 25/11/2023 my withdrawal was been denied by Lottoland, and asked me to verify my Lottoland account first on
25/11/2023.

But soon after 5 minutes on 25/11/2023,
when i deposited 2000 rupees, the deposit was successfully done, so at the time of deposit, why don't they denied my deposit and asked me to verify my Lottoland account.

But they denied my withdrawal.

While depositing the money, Lottoland never ever asks to verify the Lottoland account or never ever denies to deposit the money in Lottoland account.

I had submitted all of mine relevant and supportive documents to Lottoland from my side, as asked by the Lottoland to verify my Lottoland account.

But today as on 05/12/2023 Lottoland closed my Lottoland Account, because these people are big scammers.

Just keep in mind that whenever anyone will win big amount, at that time Lottoland will never pay the winnings and will trap you in to verify your account and then at the last of all, they will close your Lottoland account and at that time you will feel helpless.

Recently, I am facing a issue where I can't login in my account. I am not receiving 6-digit verification code for login. please look into it.

Lottoland.Asia support is totally pathetic. I have deposited Rs.14000/- plus amount in my Lottoland.Asia account and my money got deducted from my bank account, but the money did not come into my Lottoland account and this is PURELY an act of killing the faith on this website. I have sent so many emails, but no response. God is there and will punish you for cheating innocent Indian players. Remember, the punishment will be unimaginable.
