I have created an account on this website. I thought it was a good website but after depositing money I realized it was a fraudulent website with no option to transfer money. 20,000 No withdrawal facility

Very bad ..it's a scam

1.it's been 10 days after submitting my documents but not yet my profile is verified....

2. I deposited money and not credited in lottoland account but debited from my bank.

3.No customer service..the say they have 24 hrs customer service .but non fo your mails will be ever replied...they have live chat but never works they don't have cht agents.

Big time scammers
Guys dont try them at all they are big time looters. I deposited the money but they didn’t credit the amount I mailed them twice its been 5-6 days they didn’t even bother to reply back.
I have tried lotto agent the lotters and lotto247 I haven’t faced such issues with any of them…… but lottoland guys don’t choose lottoland ZERO STAR 👎🏻

In lottoland website's mentioned 24/7 customer support but they are not responding from 20 days. Is that joke ?
20 days ago I submitted withdrawal request of rs 12000 but till now amount not credited in my account, repeatedly I am contacting on mail but they are not responding.. We should complaint against this company ....

Where is the office of lottoland in India ? We don’t know and they even posted there office address…that’s the proof , lottoland is a fake .

This website looted my hard earned Rs.41,000 that is almost $500

Inspite of sending them repeated emails for 3 - 4 days.. no response from them... I came to know that it is a online scam

This company is just looting other people's money. I deposited money from my bank account but it's not credited or reflected in the website's account. Neither are their support agents replying to my email, even after 1 week. Remember ,with suspicious fraud domain names ending in .asia, these websites should mostly be fraud startups to loot people's money.

Please avoid this scam site!.. When they started, they seem to be ok. But in recent months, they have started a scam of debiting money from bank account and not crediting to the player account. They have stopped email and chat support. So you cannot reach anybody.

For the complaint I filed on May 16th Lottoland customer care responded after 2 months. They asked proof of the money sent. Now I tried to log in and realized that they have deleted my account!

I could have given zero star if available, Lottoland is a site on India (Lottoland.asia) which site cheats your hard earn money, when you deposite money it goes different third party it doesn't go directly to lottery company, those third parties where money gets deposit are fraud and scammer , Most of the customers complaint including mine are same. You deposite money but it never gets add on your account,

Also they have payment getaway and fake website to fool customer,

So stop buying online Lottoland Lottery online, better you buy physical ticket if you are in US or eligible country and state, else you can play Kerela lottery, Punjab lottery etc..

Big fat liars….they said stake 1200 or more to claim 300 game bonus on Arabian Nights…but when I did that and opened the spin of the week game,it’s saying this game is currently unavailable..this is not new,all the time they play such tricks..LIARS

I transferred 3000 rupees to my my verified account it was never credited. I wrote them about 10 times on their support email address but have not received a response. This is a con job set up by a bunch of thieves.

I have informed the lottery regulatory committee in India and hope they shut access to this site like they have with all the porn sites.
Their phone numbers do not work they do not answer your emails a bunch of thieves and cowards.

I added amount of Rs 200/- to my lotto account. Amount is deducted from my bank but not reflecting in lotto account. Sent 3 mails to support email id. No response after several reminders. No helpline also. Money is gone guys please be careful while dealing with lotto

I purchased fruit basket scratch cards worth 150 rs,but unable to redeem. I got no response to emails in this regard. Feeling cheated.You are parasites on people s hard earned money. Fakes.

Money debited but not deposited in players account

I didn't have any problem with Lottoland Asia Withdrawal is fast it's took 2 day but not that much amount like 2to4k I love it and the Design as well as the apps but the problem is Customer service is poor , I I hope they will Be fast as they can And I hope one day I'll win big I spend more then 35k 🤣
