The main issue in Lottoland to withdrawal money. I sent withdrawal request to transfer my money to my bank account and i got email from Lottoland that within 15 days (which is much higher compare to other game providers) my money will be in my account but after 10 days i got an email from Lottoland that the withdrawal amount has been rejected by the beneficiary bank and asked me to send new withdrawal request, I think this is not correct information and killing my time so that i can play again with the money and can lost all. So think twice before deposit of money to Lottoland for playing game.

This company encouraged and promotes gambling in India knowing it is illegal. They are only interested in getting your money, even if you go to jail

Scam... they will closed your account and wont reply to your email...when they have your money....and lottoland calling number never work.....such a shameless company...

Initially I thought it's a genuine website.
But after spending a month of time and loosing more than Rs.20000 on this website. I found them as a scammer.
If you want to deposit money to your Lottoland account then there will be no issue at all.
But the problem is when you buy a ticket and if the transaction fail for any reason, then the money will be debited from your bank account but it will not be credited back to your Lottoland or to your bank again.
You will have to just forgot about that money.

You can't withdraw your deposited money back to your bank account.
I never tried to withdraw my wining amount I just reinvested that money to buy new tickets and l loose my money.

So I don't want really know whether they really pay your wining amount or not.

I sent several emails regarding my failed transections. But no reply from their side.

It's seems a gang of scammers. Beware guys.

I’ve been playing on this website for a couple of months now and was happy that I was getting my payouts after a few days. When I started winning big they started asking for various documents, which I provided to them. They closed my account and have stopped replying to my emails. Lottoland, you owe me over 7 million rupees in winnings. Please pay me asap.

I am playing on lottoland for last 2-3 years but not even 5 percent of the returns for there exlusive cricket lotto also. Disappointed.

I won 612000/- lakhs in casino jackpot after that they are block my account. I contact customer support they told you breach company term conditions.. If they have tc why they before block my I'd why after winning they blocked my??? This is big question.. The are making money easy way but they are not giving money to customer easy answer is....

Pure scammers.I went to withdraw money and the option to add account details doesn't even work. I emailed them regarding the same and they asked to submit my bank statement. Now three days have passed since submitting bank statement, still the problem has not been solved. I wasted my 500 Rs.Guys be aware of this fraud site. I feel like cheated.
