I have deposited Rs 1250 on 19th March and 1000 on 6th April the amount is debited from Bank account but not added to my lottoland account I have sent receipts to customer support but no answer

How do you deposit money!! They just have option of ne teller, astro pay, and some unknown wallets. I paid money into neteller but thet won't allow payment for lottoland bcos they say its gambling. Now my money is stuck in neteller. Ita a scam.. They are not allowed to use visa mastercard or UPI Payment option by govt of India bcos its not a registered for gambling/lottery in India. So beware of putting your money into any of the payment wallets. You will just lose your money!!!

I've been using Lottoland.com for a long time (now using Lottoland.asia since 2021). Lottoland is nice and easy to use. I like Lottoland, excluding their withdrawal and customer service. Customer service and their withdrawal is terrible, and it will take it forever. I've made a withdrawal request on December 31, 2022. The money has not yet been transferred. Additionally, I've emailed their customer care about this, but they haven't replied.

Lottoland Asia(India) has a very disappointing customer service and never reply to it's customers.. Moreover The Multinational Indian Banks have blocked them and hence they have come up with options like Netteller Cashtocode and Muchbetter which charges you 2.5% a service fee for each deposit transaction which is not worth for Instance if u deposit INR 400, they will charge you INR 560/- an additional INR 160 as service fee so guys beware Lottoland is not a Site any Indian should even think of playing ... I have had a very Bad experience with Lottoland Asia and hence am alerting you guys to be aware and play with other trusted sites ...At Lottoland playing on the outcome of a bet isnt real (just think about it )

Lottoland should be banned in India after huge win they suddenly block my account i loss all my money it was huge,so guys please be carefull don't ever bet from this site,instead gamble from casino days,withdrawal reflect in the bank account within 2 hours

This site is simply drain your blood and hard earned money, and their payouts are just an eye wash. There is no record of huge payouts to anyone but 1:50th or 1:100th part of your investment only you get paid.

I lost my winning of few hundred USD, after they quoted that I had two accounts. Which was not a concern while I was playing with it for more than 6 months and spent few lakhs. DONT this considered as pure betrayal or cheat act. All positive remarks are paid ones.

There was a post from few hacking groups plan on bringing this site down.

All those whose accounts were suspended can write to below mail ID's for some response or right to audit your account before you request for deletion.

I am long time customer for Lottoland (for deposits). When i tried to withdraw they said bank account number is incorrect. I have added another bank account and waited for for withdrawal amount it was credited to my account after 30 day, that to even lot of email exchanges. My bonus was gone because of there IT ISSUE and they have never refunded. There internal team says everything is fine (how), after providing proofs.The one of the BAD policy is you have to wait for 15 working days (insane) for withdrawal, wherein other websites withdrawal takes only max 5 days (yes 5 days,not 5 working days so it is fast).. Very BAD experience witj Lottoland. soon I find alternate website I will switch. Never play on this website guys.

I don't know about Lottoland but Lottoland Asia(India) has a very disappointing customer service and barely reply to it's customers. Withdrawal is very frustrating and harrassing and I am still waiting for my withdrawal transaction to be credited in my account . Deposit is quick and efficient but withdrawal is harrassing and disappointing. Both should work hand in hand. I am having a very bad experience.

Lottoland will just EAT all of money.
I have deposited more than 2.10 laks inr as of 25.03.22 here in this app.
And literally i got only rs 0 out of it.

Lottoland asia, after being a loyal customer when Winning strikes ...Lottoland Asia sent me mail that winning will be in bank soon......was happy to see company prompt response......but to my surprise they later cancel the transaction?? (DO YOU BELIEVE AFTER CONFIRMATION THEY CANCEL THE TRANSACTION??).... later blocked the withdrawal, after contacting asked about documents to send, I did even though the withdrawal and deposits were working fine previously.... No problem, after exchanging mails I submitted the required documents.... but not getting revert... why is that, is there someone who can reply on company behalf to solve the problem and remain customers friendly????

I am from India. I visited lottoland.co.uk website as well as Lottoland.asia. In Lottoland.co.uk same lotto was for $2 where as in lottoland.asia it was for $3.45. Secondly, before purchasing tickets I wrote to both the customer care services. The service response of LOTTOLAND.CO.UK was instantaneous and I talked to an actual person who told me to buy from Lottoland.asia and disconnected abruptly. However, i followed his advice and visited lottoland.asia. I contacted the customer care. I was connected to AI. I was asking something and the AI was replying entirely something else. The difference was huge. All this makes me doubt and gives a feeling of the site being dubious. When it's same platform why are rates in India doubled? Plus why there are no big winners from India? I also don't feel that there is actually any winner from India. They just want to loot Indian money.

I am playing this Lottoland lottery from 2years I lost my money above 50000 thousand never win any big amount I win just 400 or 500 and I checked all lottery website all results same but how I didn't win any big amount is my luck or scam?? People who commenting about lottoland as fake and scammer are losers who never won anything here....and blaming the site for their bad luck and negative thinking......it is simply a game of luck ....think positive and you will start winning.......and for those who asking they don't repay your winnings....here is my genuine review.....if you win and have your correct details and bank account added then they surely pay all your winnings ...

I Have won 2 times (Rs. 14000/- and Rs. 12000/-) and got it deposited in 7 days in my Indian net banking account. Its quite hassle free. I never had any bad experience with them, But recently I was reading reviews on lottoexposed.com.. all are negative reviews. Why is that?? Lottoland please reply here, how many days it takes to get jackpot amount ( above 50 or 100 CRORE) deposited in bank account..
