Deposit does not get credited
Deposit does not get credited. Repeat, deposit does not get credited. There's no live chat and the customer care only gives an automated response and that's it for a month. After about a month, they send an email saying they didn't receive the deposit and to "check with your bank for refund". Proof of transaction doesn't mean anything to them. Try other sites like "welovelotto.com". They are more genuine. I have lost over 2500 INR in lost deposits. Complain/Reference number is [Incident: 250803 - 000004].

Don't trust this people
Don't trust this people. They collect deposits in some ficticious entities through UPI QR code or Chalooay etc. Though money is transferred through bank, they deny having received money. Even after giving the proof of payment, they deny receiving money. They never check bank accounts of these fictitious companies/individuals and their bank statement. I, on many occasions lost money deposited even after corresponding with customer care. If I pay any money by upi or through bank, the credit ought to reflect in receiver's (brnificiary) bank statement. In my bank statement debit entries are seen.
Something is fishy about the way they collect deposit. Every time receivers(benificiary) are different with weired names. Why there is not one receiver constanyly in whose name deposit are accepted? Why not in name of Lottoland? Something is amiss.
I have lost hard earned money. Avoid. In reply to this review they will say that write to them as they can not discuss online forum. Writing to them will not help as they will deny receiving deposit inspite giving proof. They will not check bank statement of receivers.
What can happen if you win a large bet?

Just horrible, Customer support sucks. Deposit or withdrawal never on time, deposit amount not get credit n it's 4 months and withdrawal also do not get from 1 month

After taking my deposit instantly, they’ve now delayed my payment due to “technical issues,” and I had to send a bank statement just to get a manual payout. I was told the money would arrive in 2–5 working days — but so far, nothing.
Customer service is inconsistent and mostly automated, making the process even more frustrating.
If Lottoland can take money fast, they should be able to pay just as fast. This experience has made me lose trust. I’m hoping they do the right thing and pay out what’s rightfully mine — soon.

They didn't pay the withdrawal and fake Licence
They didn't pay the withdrawal even after repeated correspondence. They blocked my account so that I can't write any further questions. They are using third party online non banking account for deposits which failed many times. The licence they are showing in their websites is fake confirmed by licence providers will be attached herewith. There is no licence obtained by the company to do business in India. I already initiated to block their websites in India. Let see what will happen what action our Government took to save the people of India from such fake licence holders
