Never play on this platform. After I deposited money and won only £50, I tried to withdraw my winnings, but they asked for countless documents: my passport, a selfie with my passport, proof of address, and photos of my bank card. I submitted everything they requested and even received an email confirming that my account had been verified. However, I still haven't received my withdrawal. Now they're claiming that my bank card needs to be signed. I don't know whether this platform is legitimate or a scam, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

Started off ok but for months now the returns on sweet bonanza free spins is an absolute joke. Pitiful under £5 returns when you eventually get the feature...and they are far and few between. First, they took all my documents and closed my account. Then they asked for more documents, which I sent, but they never responded or reopened my account. So the question is: if someone hits the jackpot, can they easily close the winner’s account, and how can the winner claim the prize?
I’m glad that Lottery XYZ is coming as a first fully free global lottery platform with the fully U.S gov support. People will be able to play for free, and this will reduce fake third-party lottery sites like this so that people don’t waste money and time on scams.

Withdrawals i would say is the only downside wish they was quicker.

Unbelievable how slow the withdrawals are. I spoke to an agent to check up on a £65 withdrawal to only get a ignorant agent with blunt answers who clearly wanted to end the chat as soon as possible. I have been a customer for a few years now and to receive that attitude from the agent was a disgrace. As soon as I receive the withdrawl I'm closing my account. Disgraceful site!

I love the site
I love the site, you play bingo, slot and lottery all in one place. I dealt with customer support too and they were very good too. The site is easy to navigate and all the bingo etc are easy to find. One fault is that they have stopped their free spins wheel, and I loved that option.

I’ve had my account for years, I’ve won a decent amount, then after a dry spell I’ve recently started to win again. Last night I deposited on my account via Apple Pay, I was instantly logged out. Then when I went to log in a message popped up saying “your account has been closed, contact customer support”
After a few emails they’re refusing to give me back MY MONEY… Not winning but my actual money that I deposited.
They’re asking me to send a selfie with my passport, an official letter and want a picture of the front & back of my card!
I don’t want the account back and I’m not going to sent them any of that, out of principle. But they’re saying without it they will not proceed.
They’re a scam. An absolute scam. I honestly liked them until this, if they can do this with a deposit imagine if you win thousands, they probably won’t pay it out

Shocking RTP. Actually feel like reporting them
Only got one game I like to play, hence the reason I signed up. The RTP is terrible. I would say it is unfair/barely legal. These sites are meant to be fair. Nearly a grand just to get into the bonus a few times to then win £30. That was £3 spins. Games also throw you out when you try to deposit more so you lose your place in the game. That is unfair. I would avoid this site it’s borderline a scam compared to the exact same game on other sites. Unfortunately other sites haven’t got my game anymore.

Got to be the worst site I have ever played on. Deposited £50 and played big bass at 50p stake. Just dead spin after dead spin, didn't even win 25p just completely nothing out of 100 spins!! No features, no little wins. Literally nothing. Will never play on this site again
