The company let me deposit £20, then they closed my account straight away due to me having a 2nd account, then they wouldn’t give me my £20 back, I asked them for my money back and they said no & they wonder why they have such bad reviews and are not keeping up with their competitors.

Played lotto land not a bad site however had withdrawn some money and am concerned about whether I will receive it due to all the bad reviews, if I have success and it’s relatively fast I will update all here however it is slightly worrying.

One of the worst casino sites ever. Someone should seriously check if they are manipulating the RTP. I spent over £300 and didn’t get a single bonus on any game. No wins, nothing. Feels like a complete scam.
Obviously they will reply with some generic copy-paste response, but there’s a reason they only have a 2.2 rating. There are much better casino sites out there. Avoid at all costs.

Where to begin. RTP on some slots are horrific. I get you cannot win all of the time but for example on lottoland I watered enough to see on sone slots 1000s of pounds worth of spins some with extra bonus chance +50% more per spin and ZERO bonus.
Was lucky to break even with them.
Made a sizeable withdrawal. Several days passed. No email no payment. Contacted customer services they said they need verification. I asked well why not inform the customer and it would have been done by now.
Chat help is a waste of time constantly loses connection. Email support states up to 14 days for a reply.
Provided proofs over chat and have screenshot to show their receipt. Then 11 hours later get a message YOU MUST DO THIS NOW OR WE WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Well folks. Close it. Its shit. RTP is one of the worst I have come across and literally they are chewing funds for fun on some slots. And I challenge them to provide my bet history for several slots which drained 1000s and no bonus. Or worse still at a large stake getting 10x or under on a bonus.

Lottoland is one of the worst gambling sites. Over two years ago, I won £200. Since then, every time I play, I cannot win a penny. Their algorithm is utterly ridiculous and makes the games impossible to win. Their slots and games don't generate or trigger free spins. If they do, it takes over 1000 spins before any free spins are triggered. Very controlled. Do the gambling authorities check these UK online casinos to ensure that their algorithms are fairly adjusted? Every time I use these casinos, I record their games and slots. They seem to aim to take customers' money and do not allow customers to win.

Deposited a fair few hundred and been a gambler for 20 years. This site is 100 percent rigged. My friend (Avid gambler) and myself put a fair bit in just to prove how rigged it was and we recorded it. It was absolutely unbelievable. We managed to get the bonus after around £50 and it gave 0 lol. We know it can happen but you could tell this was switched off for wins.
Avoid this at all costs honestly. I’ve played all the others and it’s clear this is rigged. Don’t waste your money.

All games use a random number generator, which creates random outcomes. These systems must undergo extensive legal testing before they can be used. An RNG does not save any information about wins or losses, so each round is entirely random and cannot be influenced.

Let's make it impossible to get your payout
Unless you want to go back and fourth with their "customer service" team when trying to withdraw, I suggest you stay well clear.
What they asked for:

Bank statement with the deposit on
My card used to make the deposit.
I dunno with other banks, but mine creates 1 statement per month. They told me I couldn't get my withdrawl without it. That's not great when my statement isn't due for a few weeks.
I sent them my previous bank statement with all my details on, and a screenshot of my online banking showing my latest payments with account number and sort code - a full page. Not good enough and was told to wait a few weeks for the statement! They really want you to give in. I raised a complaint and was able to send something else.
They then said the account number on my card I sent an image of ending in 'xxxx' didn't match my deposit method with the account number ending 'xxxx'. Like? Really?
They then asked for a previous bank statement. I already sent this. They asked me to send it again as they deleted the previous copy.
We are now 28 emails in and they are still finding more things to request or saying why certain things can't be accepted.
I don't need your response. I'm posting to make others aware.
Feel free to come back with "We’re not able to discuss specific details here, but please contact us via email or Live Chat and our support team will be happy to review your case" yet live chat was useless, and so was email, where they cut and paste useless information and randomly start replying to me in German 😂😂 Absolute joke of a company.
