Incapable of replying to an email

Incapable of replying to an email. Purchased some front wheel crash bobbins which were advertised in red. It came to the receipt and It turns out the have them in black only. I've tried to email three times on the last 7 days and had no replies. The advertisement itself was very misleading. Not impressed at all.

Wish I would have checked reviews before buying. Still no reply I’m stuck with £400 worth of metal don’t use this company

Avoid this company!

Bought a top box which arrived damaged. It had been glued so didn't happen in transit. Had had absolute nightmare with "customer services" who messed me about and wouldn't send a refund. Had to claim the money back through my credit card. Avoid this company!

10 days later

10 days later, no response to my email. Unacceptable that a company can take so long to respond to an email.

Website states UK customs charges will be refunded. To be fair to them, they have kept their promise without any question, I emailed them the receipt and on the 21 May I was refunded the amount of VAT, but it took maybe 3 weeks for this to be complete.

I would not buy from them again personally, just because it's hassle, but I now have some trust that at least they honour what they say. The equipment did arrive very promptly from Germany. In which case this review has gone from a 1 start, to a 3 star, but having received the goods quickly, lets make it a 4 star with improvement required.

Exactly the same as most negative…

Exactly the same as most negative reviews. Helmet was £80 cheaper despite their UK website clearly stating “No nasty customs surprises” as they profess to pay this on your behalf. 2 weeks, 2 phone calls and 2 emails later, I still haven’t had a reply and I have a £330 helmet stuck at customs! I’ll be claiming through my credit card company. Avoid!

Goods stuck at customs

Goods stuck at customs, I emailed Louis moto and no reply after 120hours. I called the uk phone number which says its open Mon -Sat 10-21 GMT. Its not open on Saturdays. When I did get through on the phone they would not help, apparently it was another department. They claim to have passed my enquiry over, still heard nothing. I have no confidence customs fees will be refunded. There is no communication how that works. They wont answer my enquiries, My advice is buy from a UK supplier as this company is not what you would call professional. Some of the worst customer service I have encountered.

Awful communication from this website and rude staff.

Awful communication from this website. Ordered a replacement visor on the 21st March. Said 'In Stock', expected delivery around the 26th.
Here we are on the 30th March, one email acknowledgement, no order numbers, tracking, shipping details. No communication.
So I called them...very RUDE and unhelpful. Couldn't and wouldn't give me any information as to when or IF the item would even ship.
Now they have a convoluted refund policy, you can't cancel over the phone, you've got to fill in some forms.
Very dissatisfied.
EDIT; I finally received my item, so I’ve added one star.
They explained they’re currently changing computer ordering systems and the system is struggling.
Still doesn’t excuse bad communication and convoluted cancellation process.

Great service, best price, vat and duty refunded

I ordered a cam shaft for my BMW, it arrived promptly. Tracking was provided. I paid the duty and vat to Royal Mail before delivery, and then had this refunded by Louis after emailing them with evidence. The refund process can take a week or so. I am very happy with the price and service. Won't hesitate to order parts again.

Scam site I’m afraid

Scam site I’m afraid.
They purposely misaddressed the package so it gets held at the depot, which you can’t collect then it gets returned to them, when you ask for a refund you get ignored
Update:
Mislabelled address, item had to be sent back by the courier, long story shorts, six weeks later, no item - but they have refunded me.

Probably would purchase from again.

Same experience as Liam C below - POOR

Zero communication and poor customer service!
I ordered an a Givi tank bag and ring on 17th March for delivery to the UK. The website very clearly stated the item was in stock and didn't need to be ordered from the factory... All good so far.

I sent a message via their website on 23rd March as it had not been dispatched and received no reply. I then followed up with a call and was told the tank ring was dispatched but the tank bag isnt in stock and it might come in next week or the week after....

Will wait a week and see but very poor, I don't mind waiting if this was stated when ordering but when you have a trip planned and they say in stock you don't expect a supplier to mislead you and LIE!!.

Avoid unless you don't mind waiting weeks and are not in any hurry.

Zero communication and poor customer service!

I ordered an exhaust on 6 March for delivery to the UK. The website very clearly stated the item was in stock and didn't need to be ordered from the factory... All good so far.

I sent a message via their website on 11 March as it had not been dispatched and received no reply. I then followed up with a call and was told the item had been picked at the warehouse and was waiting to be dispatched.

Cut to today (17 March) and still no sign of dispatch. I call again and am told it's not in stock even though I had been told a few days before it was definitely ready to be sent. it's now apparently a 3 week wait for it to be ordered from the factory!

What's worse is the utterly dismissive and rude reply by the guy on the phone, who kept saying "it says delivery in 7-21 days on the website, you can check yourself"... Well he is correct, it does say that but when I ordered on 6 March it said it was in stock and I made the not-so-improbable leap that it changed because I had purchased the one in stock - evidently not...

We shall see when it arrives but so far utterly abysmal communication and customer service.

I payed for my Kevlar jeans and hoodie a total of £330 and the money came out of my account, Yet the product was never even sent and it took multiple days of chasing the order and I am yet to receive a refund even though they have received proof of payment.

Ordered a difficult to find SP Connect…

Ordered a difficult to find SP Connect Pixel 10 Pro case on 1st Dec, Louis had it in stock. Arrived all the way from Germany on 8th Dec. Amazing service. No customs charges. One very happy customer! I will definitely buy from Louis Moto again. Recommended A+++++++

Had a great experience, much cheaper than uk

Had a great experience, prompt shipping that was tracked and quickly dispatched. Jacket was well packaged and as described, customs and import duty was refunded as advised on the website within around 2 weeks of receiving item. This has saved me over £100 on uk pricing. Very happy will be using them again.

I had a really good experience with these lads

I don't know why people say "terrible experience"... I actually paid for an helmet over the weekend and got it today (Tuesday). Very fast, very professional and the quality is amazing. I'm really happy and satisfied 😌 ☺️

Crap products, crap customer service

Sold me some Kellermann Bullet adaptors which corroded and snapped at the thread after 9 months. Sent the photos where it showed obvious poor quality metal.
First I was accused of lying about the damage (even though they had seen the pictures), I was then questioned if the adaptors had been exposed to moisture and that they couldnt understand why they had corroded.
I explained that a motorcycle is a form of transport and will therefore get wet. Which I thought was obvious. In the process of the adaptors snapping they damaged the expensive Kellermann indicators, which they refused to compensate me for. I requested a refund for the adaptors several times and they have tried to avoid doing this in every email response I have recieved.
I have since been offered vouchers for their shop but I have no wish to use their store ever again after this episode.

Terrible customer service and cheap, shoddy accessories. Steer clear of the Gazzini products and this store. They don't care as long as they have your money.

Terrible experience

I've had some bad experience with this company in the past, so it is on me. Ordered brake and clutch reservoirs, the shipping was the 3rd of the price. Clutch reservoir was on backorder until the end of the month, so I was prepared to wait. They shipped brake reservoir and cancelled the clutch one, no prior communication or a ok from me. I am not going to pay through the nose for the shipping twice. Going to return and get it from elsewhere as a set, auf wiedersehen, and hope I won't make this mistake again.
