When ordering online from overseas it sometimes feels like you take a chance, however Louis Moto could not have been more reassuring. My order was updated and delivery was quick from the Germany to the UK. Very good service in my opinion and would not hesitate to recommend and use again myself. Very happy purchase. Would never recommend them.
I ordered a visor with them and a backpack and not only did i have to pay another £55 for custom fees for delivery, the visor wasn’t even in the delivery.
So i paid over £250 for an order for something I never received and only got the £11 backpack.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Wasn’t made aware at any point that I would have to pay another £50 odd for it coming from Europe.
Emailed the company for a full refund and waiting to hear back from them.

Best price I could find for the bike mover trolley and it has certainly made it easier to move my BMW 1200 RT around the garage!
