Disappointing Service.
Disappointed with how my difficulty with missing parts was resolved .When I informed customer service that some parts necessary to fit part to motorcyclewere not present I was offered the least enviromentally friendly option ie. to return entire order instead of sourcing spares from manufacturer to complete order.Have since resolved to source parts myself in local store.A first, as I have always been extremely happy with service.
