Dress arrived and was a completely different dress to the picture online! Completely different material, different cut and shape at the bottom. Cheap quality not worth anywhere near the £60 paid for it!! Returns are difficult and costly just a complete waste of time and money do not purchase from here!!

Do not buy from this company. The dress arrived, not as described or as per their picture. I requested a return, they refused due to it being a "sale" item. Despite me providing solid evidence that the dress was not up to the standards. Point blank refused to refund me and offered me 75% off another item on their website. Awful, cheap clothing.

Bought a dress for a wedding and ended up getting compliments from people I barely knew, which was nice lol. It falls really nicely on the body and doesn’t feel awkward around the hips. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but the piece itself made up for it.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
The delivery was late with barely any communication, and when the order finally arrived, the quality was shocking. The dresses looked nothing like advertised — cheap material, poor stitching, and overall nowhere near worth the money charged.
The sizing is completely inaccurate as well. I even ordered multiple sizes to make sure one would fit, and none of them were even close to standard sizing. It feels misleading and incredibly frustrating as a customer.
On top of that, customer service has been awful. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. After reading other reviews, it honestly seems like this company makes it extremely difficult to get refunds despite clearly stating on their website that items in perfect condition qualify for a full refund. That policy appears meaningless when so many customers are being ignored or refused.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to waste your money, wait weeks for delivery, and then fight for basic customer support afterwards.

Why isn’t there a zero star option? The cheap knock off dress that arrived today looks completely different to the pictures of the dress we ordered (and paid for!) and expected!!

Haven’t heard back from the company yet, but it doesn’t look promising given all these other bad reviews.

The dress that arrived was no where near the quality I was expecting and several details were different. There’s no label inside and it arrived with nothing else in the package like return info or even just an order slip.
When I tried to get a refund they said I’d have to pay for international shipping (£20-30) or get store credit, and wouldn’t accept my response pointing out that what they’re doing isn’t legal as the product wasn’t as described.
I’ve had to go through my bank instead to get my money back.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! Ordered a dress for my graduation ball waited nearly 3 weeks for it to be delivered and when it’s came it looks nothing like the dress I have ordered, was see through and the quality was awful! I emailed the company with proof of what I ordered and what I received and the response I got was that the correct dress was sent! I have requested for a refund but from looking at these reviews I don’t have much hope of getting my money back! Absolute SCAM! On their website it claims that you are eligible for 30 days return, I have only had this dress 10 minutes and I want a refund! I am waiting on a response from my email regarding requesting a refund, if they cannot fulfil this I will be taking this further!!

We ordered a beutiful dress from their websites. Not only it took 16 days to arrive but it had fake pearls, it was the wrong colour and was nothing like the images on the website.
I immediately contacted them for a refund and been told that it would cost me 20-30 pounds and then I read that because it was on sale, I would get 50% of it.
We decided to keep it and sell it online.
What a scam.

Absolute scammers! Got a dress nothing like the photo - and when you want to return for a refund it costs you £30!!!! When the dress cost me £62 bloody joke!!! Raised this with my bank to get my money back absolute shower of 💩 DO NOT SHOP HERE

Absolutely disgusting company. Charged extortionate prices £60 approx per dress, took a month to arrive, and each dress is cheap and paper thin and couldn't have cost more than £2 to make. They fit terribly, aren't even lined, don't even have the advertised features such as frill trim, and are trying to get me to pay for return postage internationally before deciding whether they'll be refunding me. The pictures on the website are a completely different fabric and they have used undergarments and petticoats on the website to make the dress look so much more flattering and structured than it actually is. It's such a scam.

Do not purchase from this company. Absolute scam. Paid £50 for a dress not work £5. The quality is an abysmal. Awful customer service. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered a dress for my daughter…£59.95 it was like a rag not worth £5 also sizing not correct and did not match sizing on website…now £13.50 to return to China for a refund…absolutely disgusting! Do not buy from here

Terrible quality. Flimsy material not worth even half the price we paid. Poor communication from company too. Would not buy as it will look nothing like advertised.

Scam! Completely different dress received compared to advertised on website. Cheap nasty material and trying to get a refund is proving difficult. Claiming differences are due to ‘lighting’ and matches their design patterns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I would never recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

I ordered a dress on 16th April for a wedding at the beginning of May, yet the dress did not arrive until 13th May — over a week later than their estimated delivery timeframe and completely after the event I purchased it for.

The overall service was awful. I didn’t even receive an initial order confirmation after paying. There were no proactive updates, no communication warning me about delays, and no apology until I repeatedly chased them myself. Every update only came after I contacted customer service first.

Customer service then just repeated the same copy-and-paste response about “delivery estimates not being guaranteed” rather than taking any accountability for the poor experience.

And to top it all off, they now expect me to pay £20–£30 in international return shipping costs just to receive a refund for an item that arrived far too late through no fault of my own. Apparently their poor service becomes the customer’s expense.

Avoid ordering from this company unless you’re willing to risk late deliveries, poor communication, and terrible aftercare.

The company take weeks to get your item delivered. It came looking like a dress from Shien, it had marks all over it but apparently their policy states that marks on the items doesnt class as defect items, absoluetly shocking!

After fighting back and forth with them I gave up after a while.

The best they offered me was 100% store credit which is just a joke. Considering legally we have the right to return items to a store if they are not fit for purpose.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don’t even want to give 1 star. The dress I received was 100% not what I ordered yet the company said it was. It was cheap and nasty and then to send back I need to fork out recorded delivery to China! Absolute joke!! Stay away!!!!!

Ordered a dress for £60, came 2 weeks later I was unaware it was coming from a different country, dress came In a flimsy bag, no returns form, no tag on the dress absolutely nothing. Totally different to how it’s meant to look online. Looks like some cheap tat you’d buy for 10£/20£ at the most!!! Then emailed to going about a return and it’s a 20/30£ to return it so I’m only looking at getting 40£ at the most for my refund absolute joke wouldn’t recommend this site to anybody!!!

This company has not got a UK returns address, and does not accept all returns worth a refund within 30 days. The return address is very costly and then they take a 25% commission off you. This should be more clear when you order! I ordered 3 dresses for my wedding and the cost to send them back was to much.
