very bad quality, refund refused, extremely long delivery time. not recommending

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 dresses total of £112, with the intention of possibly sending one back? They arrived after waiting nearly 2 weeks?! They were absolutely dreadful quality, cheap see through material really really bad, so tje day they arrived I got in touch to return them, only to be told that discounted items don’t get any refunds! Surely this isn’t correct! Back and forth with emails getting no where! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Avoid – SCAM!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a dress from this company after seeing the nearly 5-star reviews on their website. I now believe these reviews are fake and possibly generated by bots, which is very misleading. I only later checked reviews elsewhere and realised many people have had similar negative experiences.

The dress I received was extremely poor quality – very thin, cheaply made, and nothing like the description or photos. It felt more like cheap pyjama material. It also arrived covered in white marks, which was very off-putting.

I am also fairly certain the product images have been taken from another website, as I found an identical dress listed elsewhere with the same images, just with a different face edited on. On top of that, they appear to be deleting comments on social media, which raises further concerns about transparency.

When I raised this, they refused to offer a refund and instead offered 75% store credit. I have no intention of spending more money on items of this quality. I am now in the process of pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

Please avoid this scam company and save your money!!

Evrything is great, just the sleaves felt slighly off for me

I came across this website through ads and decided to research it before buying- and I’m honestly shocked.

The product images on this site are exactly the same as those used by established brands like House of CB. Same models, same poses, same photos. This alone made me question how genuine this website really is.

On top of that, the site shows a high rating (around 4.5 stars), but there’s no clear indication that these reviews are from verified customers, which makes it very hard to trust.

After looking into independent reviews, I found many people saying the items they received were completely different from the photos, with very poor quality and issues getting refunds.

Based on everything I’ve seen, I personally believe this site operates like a scam. I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely careful and do proper research before buying.

Absolutely shameful. I received a completely different dress to the one i ordered. I ordered the camellia dress. The dress received was completely different. Contacted them and they told me that i am wrong. Their response: Our team can confirm that the item received corresponds to the dress ordered. Please note that print placement, pattern alignment, fabric drape, lighting, and how the garment is presented in studio photography can create visual differences between website imagery and the item viewed in person.
I sent photo and video. They refuse refund. The quality of the dress is disgraceful and completely different colour and style to that ordered from the site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Its a SCAM. I google imaged the dress that i received and was a completely different fabric and pattern from a cheap sale website. They refuse a refund as the dress was in the sale. but will give me 100% store credit! I raised a dispute via my bank instead.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews. They refuse to refund you even when the dress is completely different to the image on the website and comes screwed up in a tiny plastic bag. I have gone backwards and forwards for them to copy and paste the same message over and over. I’m now going through my bank to get a refund as they are an absolutely ridiculous company who clearly don’t understand rules and regulations. The dress looks nothing like the image, colour is completely different. Material is cheap and static.

I ordered a dress and although the quality was okay, the dress didnt fit me. I had to email them for a return because you cannot find the return portal anywhere, even though the returns policy says thats how its done.
They then email me back saying anything with over 40% off is not eligible for return as its considered final sale. Its not stated obvious enough only in small if you go searching for the policy. Which to be honest who does that! They offered me 30% store credit, which i declined as the majority of the website you wouldnt be able to return anyways.
Update - ive come to realise that the dress they sent me is actually a different style to the one I ordered (baby brain) the fabric is the same but its a halterneck with open back and I ordered straight line with zip back. With proof sent they still insist its the same dress and will not accept returns.

100% scam website, it comes in a little ziplock bag from China

Dress looked nothing like the website photos—completely different fit and poor quality. Customer service refused a proper refund and hid behind a “final sale” policy. Had to raise a dispute with my bank. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Avoid.

They refused to refund my dresses because they were in the sale but the dresses I received were nothing like the pictures advertised in their website

As all other reviews have said. This is daylight robbery. Worst dressed I have ever received. Look nothing like the pictures. One didn’t even have full sleeves the back was cheap elastic. I feel uk standard need to get onto this company. Requested a refund and was told the same as many others; I don’t have the right to a refund and I would get store credit. NO THANKS YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTHY OF WEARING. Avoid like the plague!

Feels soft and looks elegant, definitely order again for this summer

I ordered 2 dresses that took weeks to arrive. When I opened the package I was horrified at the cheap tat alternatives they sent. The dresses I ordered and what I received are 2 completely different products.
I contacted the company to ask how I return and was told they dont refund because they are sale items.
I disputed the differences and was told they are the dresses I ordered. This was far from the case! The description stated luxury satin with structured bodice. I received a limp tatty dress, zero structure labelled 100% polyester!
The details that drew me to the dresses were not present and the slanty poorly sewn inner skirt was not even the correct colour.
They responded to say that it was the lighting! They totally disregard consumer rights. I nearly lost over £120 but thankfully I was able to open a dispute through PayPal who refunded the amount. This company is getting away with scamming. Its disgusting and needs shutting down

They sent the wrong item, claimed the item had an upgrade. It was nothing like the photo. Offered me a 10 % refund or a 50% credit voucher. Went back and forth for ages with them then saying if you return it we will refund, but had to send it back to china. Gave them one more opportunity to refund before doing a claim back through my bank for the full amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

UPDATE - THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM AFTER TRYING TO WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS

I ordered a dress from this company for my engagement party. It didn't arrive in time so of course, when it arrived I attempted to return the item immediately.

On trying to use their online portal, it 'didn't recognise' my order number so I emailed their customer service team for help.

Not only did they refuse to follow UK Consumer Contract Regulations (2013) by offering a return and refund within 14-day of receipt of the parcel, they refused to accept that they are breaking the law

I was told that as my item was discounted by more than 40% It was 'final sale' and not returnable. Not only was I not notified of this prior to purchase it, this isn't even mentioned in their returns policy (absolute joke).

After being back and forth and siting my legal rights as a consumer, they only offered 50% store credit. Not only do I want my money back, I also did not want credit as I will never being shopping on this website again and will be doing all I can to advise others not to.

On top of this the dress is poor quality and I could get the same dress from Shein of a quarter of the price (and sheen lets you return items without all of this hassle).

On emailing with their customer service team, they continue to deny any wrong doing and keep sending me the same emails (templated so they aren't even fully reading my responses)

I have applied for a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting them to Trading standards and any other regulatory authority I can.

I urge you to never order form the site, it is a scam.

If you have gad the same experience as me I also ask that you do the same, we need to get companies like this shut down. Scamming people out of their money and refusing their legal rights is unacceptable.

Scam scam scam! Do not buy from this company. Dresses nothing like pictures on website, the quality is terrible and they take no responsibility. Offered 30% refund or to send back to china for full refund. Look for a legit company and believe me when I say do not waste your money.

The dresses I received looked NOTHING like the photos advertised — completely different design, fabric, and overall appearance.

Customer service refused a proper refund and insisted this was “normal variation,” offering only store credit or a return at my expense with a 25% fee.

Very misleading and poor service. I would not recommend ordering from this company
