Purchased a dress and I wanted to return it and since their registered address is in Uk you would expect to be able to return it to somewhere in Uk but no you have to return it to China at your own cost and you hope for the best that it arrives. So I accepted 30% refund (still to be deposited in bank and keep dress)

Quality is shocking. Cheap china material. States on their website “30 day money back guarantee” but only offer 10% refund. Block you on Facebook and instagram when trying to address the issue. Do not waste your money.

Complete and utter scam. The items arrive but are cheap and do not resemble the website photos at all. Loulou refuse refunds, had to get PayPal involved and LouLou say there return address is a house in the Netherlands. Additional return postage to paid by the customer and then they won’t accept the parcel from customs. £65 down the drain. These people are con artists that sell from their garage.

We have received a dress that is nothing like what was shown, they say because it’s a sale item they don’t refund, consumers are entitled to exact same rights with sale as with non sale items, they have covered just about everything in their t&cs but they are breaking the law, I am getting in touch with trading standards to see where I stand , they are scammers and they are going in scammer aware sites .

Ordered 5 dresses in the sale for my 30th birthday party. They either didn’t fit or weren’t as described. I requested a refund and got told that because I bought them in the sale, I wasn’t allowed to refund. This is against the legal sale and goods act. I then communicated with Lisa who kept saying that there was nothing she could do. I insisted she helped but constantly had to email her and ask, she then said she would pass my request higher up and I have not heard anything since. I found this website an extremely bad service and sale. I would not recommend and found them rude and extremely unhelpful.

I am fighting this and will continue to fight it as I don’t back down. Purely because they are in the wrong as they have admitted over email to me but still wont help. For someone with neurodivergent needs I find this completely unacceptable and awful customer service. I could go on and on as I found this an awful experience.

Would not order from this company again. Ordered a dress and it was not made obvious at all that if you ordered a dress from the Sale selection, you will not be issued a refund.
Can I just add I was emailing customer service as the dress arrived late, I made it known to ‘Lisa’ that I would returning the item as it has not arrived in the time I needed it for which she said is fine. Then when I asked for a return label, Lisa then decided to tell me I couldn’t return.
Shocking company and even more shocking customer service. Save your money and time and use somewhere else. Much better sites out there that won’t want to rip the customers off.
Such a poor company, I bet no customers order twice off them.

Would rate this 0 if I could. The photos do not look like what the actual product is. The quality is horrendous, extremely see through and cheap. The items have visible stitching on them that are not shown on the pictures. You cant return your items because they are "sale" items but the whole website is on sale! They say its "clearly stated" in their terms and conditions but its not and the policy is very misleading. The customer service is awful and they don't want to help you either. They just have automated responses to what you're saying in your email and if you were to get a partial refund it is 10% of the full price. (i paid £45 for a dress so would only get £4.50 back). they could also offer store credit but all the items are so bad I wouldn't want any more items! I really really wish i read the reviews before buying, I couldn't tell you how much to steer clear of this place and don't get scammed!!!!

I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful dress for my 30th birthday party only for something to arrive that is so far from what I ordered it’s unreal. The fabric I was sent (can’t really call it a dress) is COMPLETELY see through so it’s not even fit for purpose. Have been exchanging constant emails with Lisa from the company who is saying there is nothing wrong with the dress and won’t be refunding me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I cannot believe that they are charging £50, In a sale bear in mind, for an item that the customer cannot wear. AVOID!!!

Took over 2 weeks to arrive. I Emailed the company to chase the delivery but received no response. I then received the item and it was shockingly bad quality for the price. Tried emailing for a return and refund as that’s the only way to get a refund and no response.
THEY ARE A SCAM. Items not as described, bad quality and even worse customer service. You get much better quality from other websites that charge quarter of the price and are able to return in line with consumer nights policy. After reading the reviews (will now do before purchasing) it’s a surprise they haven’t been shut down for non compliance.

I purchased 3 dresses, spending around £130.
The website seemed legit, when the items arrived the quality was shockingly terrible, SHEIN quality is better.
I emailed to request a return, and they don’t allow returns on sale items however they so issue store credit. I am yet to receive the store credit, and to be honest the quality of the clothes i would rather not receive anymore.

Basically avoid this website as I have been scammed out of £130, when I could have purchased direct with SHEIN for £100 and the ability to return.

Scam , wont give refunds , clothes cheap crap , this company needs hmrc to recover all money
