Avoid at all cost, waste of money
I ordered a hose attachment from them which is supposed to increase the power of your hose. The item I have been sent is not the one advertised in the video and is just cheap junk. I have emailed for a refund, but they haven’t even had the courtesy to acknowledge it.

wore it out the same day. what made me keep it was the drape in the pants, not stiff like those cheap store sets. the top had fold lines from the bag at first, but they dropped out fast and the waist tie sits better than expected.

This is the response I received when trying to return an item as quality in no way resembles the item advertised.
Actually, if you return it to us without any quality problem ,you should pay for the shipping ,it is not worth to do that. Maybe you not satisfied with it,maybe you can send it to others as a holiday gift.
How about we provide 20% store voucher to you that you can use it purchase anything in our store without returning,you can keep it . Is that OK?

I think this shop is a scam. I placed an order on 20th May after seeing an Ad on Instragram. No communication and no sign of my order even though I've emailed them. The shop has disappeared from Insta.

Order LGO107013 placed on 14th May. Tracking does not work (Throws up an error message). Despite 2 emails sent to customer services, i've received no response. Product not received. Feels like a scam to me. Avoid guys, you've been warned! If customer services wish to get in touch with me and provide a satisfactory resolution, i will amend my review.
UPDATE - 04.06.2026
After leaving this review, Loungon contacted me straight away and offered a refund and an apology for the inconvenience.
Refund was received in my bank today hence why i have updated this review.
