No tools, no mess, job done
Already swapped out my old cracked plastic bracket last week—this one actually holds tight on the rail with zero wobble. Never slipped after several showers, even with heavier showerheads. Last one I bought from a chain store kept tilting, so I’m glad to ditch it.

The customer service is great and helpful. I am not sure if the product does exactly as advertised. I've applied it once on my car windscreen and it hasn't worked as good as publicised. Maybe I'm doing something wrong... the 5 stars are for the customer service.

Bits missing only got dish and chains no fountain told them and got refund disappointing never got the real thing
(They did say sorry and give me a refund) so it could have been a genuine mistake

Mixed review. Great communication from customer services throughout. Delivery was slow but partly because the courier company in the UK "lost" my product and never bothered replying. I suspect it was stolen. Customer services agreed to send out another which arrived in a few weeks. Happy with the product which works fine, and with the responsiveness of customer services.
