Love Sew were great when I received the wrong item, the correct item was shipped the same day I contacted them concerning the wrong item. I always receive my order in a timely fashion, Love Sew is great!!

contacted the company this week ove late arrival of goods (first time an order has been overdue). I had a reply from the company that day. They checked for me & replied that my goods had arrived in Australia & were out for delivery. Communication was excellent.
This is my second order for Heat Eresable Fabri marking pens - excellent. Have also purchased the wool pressing mat 18"x12" for applique.Recent order is the large wool pressing mat for the ironing board.
Would purchase from this company again.

I bought a set of four different coloured fabric marking pens, but didn't get around to using the white ones for a while. When I did, none of them would write on the fabric. Even though I had had them for some time, Love Sew very kindly sent me a complete replacement pack. That's what I call great service!

Have been so happy with my pressing mat. It makes a difference to my pressing of textiles. Delivery to Australia was seamless but the carrier in Australia for delivery was unreliable to say the least. Upon contacting the folks at Love Sew they looked into the delivery and said if it hadn’t arrived by a certain date they would re-ship the mat. After investigation with the carrier my package was found and delivered.
Will be happy to purchase from Love Sew again.

I love LOVE SEW! I hemmed and hawed about ordering a pressing mat- it's something my limited budget would not normally allow for (although the prices are AMAZING) - However- I took the plunge as a treat for myself! I was worried though- it become evident there were some shipping issues, but Love Sew came through and reshipped the item to me. Their customer service department are quick and polite and very kind. I would order from them again in a heart beat! (The pressing mat is top notch, by the way!) Thank you LoveSew!

This was my first order from Love Sew, and I was very happy with the items I received. I especially liked the prices as to buy comparable items elsewhere, which would have cost twice as much.
I had 1 item that had been wrong packed but a quick email and it was replaced. Great customer service and some really good value products.

I placed an order with Love to Sew and was missing a item. Placing my order I notice that one of the items I ordered was on sale. So I ordered the one on sale also. I text Love to Sew to notify them to cancel the original one in my order and send me the one on sale and to adjust my bill. I received my order but never received the one on sale. To make a long story short. You will not be unhappy with Love to Sew. They live up to their policy to keep their customers happy that comes first them. They look into your problem and always comes up with a fair outcome. You won’t be disappointed with your decision to be a loyal customer with Love to Sew. They Solve my problem and sent me the item I was missing no questions asked.

Ordered for the first time. Had an issue with the order being delayed but customer service was excellent with speedy response to any email. When they were advised my order was lost they quickly offered a replacement. Surprisingly the original order arrived two weeks later after the replacement had already been shipped. They advised just to keep this and share with friends. The fabric is of good quality and the colours are true to pictures. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.
