Love Sew made my lost package experience wonderful. I contacted them the day after the second part of my package didn’t arrive. Customer service answered within 24hrs and wanted some details which I easily provided thanks to my doorbell camera. They had a replacement shipment sent out the next day. Awesome! I’ll definitely come back and shop again.

I accidentally ordered the same item twice. Once I noticed the transaction amount had come out of my account twice. I contacted Love Sew and they cancelled one order and refunded my money immediately. They were so courteous and polite in all communication with me. I will definitely shop with them again ❤️

I was confused about shipping and tracking on the order that I recently placed. When I emailed the company , it took less than 2 hours for them to respond with a full, detailed explanation and links for tracking! Wow! Exemplary customer service delivered in a concise and friendly manner -- so rare these days. I definitely recommend this company, and WILL be using them again.

The items purchased were excellent, the price and postage were very competitive. I have placed a further order with them.
Initially, I was under the impression that this company was UK based given the web and postal address on their website. When the goods were dispatched from USA I did have concerns. However, the items were well packaged for their long journey, delivered in good condition, the tracking information was mostly current, the UK courier was a reliable one. Good Service

They stole a design from Suzy Quilts with absolutely no copyright agreement, marketed it as their own. Shame on this company. Total scam.

Company claims to have permission to sell this quilt, which they do not. They do not credit Suzy Quilt on their website, and I have confirmation from SuzyQuilts that they have never given permission to this company

I purchased the Side Cutter foot, which I think is amazing. The first one arrived, the case was loose, but thot that was 'normal'.. But, it wouldn't work on either of my low shank machines..I wrote CS at Love Sew and Grace said it could be damaged, so sent a new one. It arrived, I tried multiple times and it still would not work on my machines.. I again wrote to CS, and she apologized and I was issued a refund immediately.. I can't praise Love Sew's customer service enough. Thanks so much.

I ordered a quilting clapper from Love-Sew. The product I received was not the correct one. (It was a more expensive model) I contacted the company to simply ask why the incorrect one was shipped.
Was I surprised to find the correct item had been shipped AND the original clapper DID NOT have to be returned! I feel Love-Sew went above and beyond for their customer. I will be a repeat customer!

I bought a walking foot, didnt use it immediately but the first time I used it, it broke while sewing my first line. I emailed the customer service asking for a refund, they replied with they will send me a replacement. After I had accepted a replacement over a refund they advised me even though they sometimes can send out a faulty products, they were not able to do anything as it was a little over they're 60 days return policy. As a first time customer they supplied me with a faulty product and are unwilling to correct the mistake. Very disappointing. Also the order took longer than the 3-5 working days to arrive.

The wide hem feet I ordered are perfect. My first order got mis-delivered by the post office. Not Love Sew’s fault, but they re-sent the order and I am well pleased with their product!

This company is a trustworthy business very important to those of us who live in New Zealand. It is great to know that what you buy is of excellent quality, and that you will receive them in excellent condition. The price is affordable too, great shopping.

Having purchased a specific item from Love Sew in the past, I wanted another just like it for another machine. I ordered it and within days it came. Before installing it, I tested the switch and found it to be inoperative.
This can be expected ocassionally with anything mechanical. I contacted Love Sew customer service, and after viewing a short video, they quickly replaced the item! Absolutely the kind of business I want to do business with!
