Great service, although it promises a Saturday delivery, I wasn’t on time in ordering and immediately I placed the order, I had a message to say it cannot be delivered on Saturday but on next working day. I opted for a refund and it was swiftly done. Thank you.

Fascinator was very nice just changed my mind as wasn’t delivered until day I was going away for a wedding so had got alternative when I returned went to send it back but noticed had to call within 48 hours-but wasn’t aware of that at time of order as hadn’t looked at returns policy before think possibly needs re thinking

Prior to purchase the company were extremely helpful answering my email queries with text and photos. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I find online purchases difficult to visualise sometimes but through their email photos of various hats I was able to choose one that I was happy with.
