Fantastic Company!!

The level of service provided by them was ‘second to none’
Nothing was too much trouble, when I asked if she could add ‘Taupe’ coloured feathers to the already beautiful ‘chocolate’ coloured Fascinator
Gemma helped me massively, as I have my daughter’s wedding and niece’s wedding, within 3 weeks of each other.
Totally recommend this lovely little company, who really care about their clients

Great customer service!
It took me several attempts to find a fascinator in the correct shade of pink to match a dress I'd purchased (I ordered four in total and sent back three!). However, all the orders arrived within a couple of days and the returns process was easy. Gemma even kindly refunded me for one fascinator, even though I was late returning it. I'd have no hesitation using this company again.

Excellent service
Customer service was amazing helping me with my orders. My first order wasn't the right colour for my dress and I was promptly refunded once they received my returned order. I then reordered a different shade which arrived as requested, on a next day delivery. The quality of the hatinator and bag was fantastic.
