Good people to deal with, good product. No problems placing order.
Problem was with carrier - DPD. They sent email on the day giving delivery window and we made sure we were in. When we checked we found package on door step and an email confirming.
Our doorbell rings loud and long but was silent.
We are on a busy road and the package could havre been stolen.
Not what we expected from carrier with their reputation.

Ordered my wild bird sunflower hearts but I ordered the wrong type. My fault 100% and rand them to request a return. They answered promptly and the person I dealt with was excellent ( Steven Lythgoe) and sorted my return out in minutes. Hats off to LGB great prices and great customer service. I will only use them from now on.

Just received 25 kgs of peanuts opened the bag up and was disgusted to see mouldy nuts covered in a blue mould which if fed to birds would kill them I cannot believe that they would send mouldy food for wild birds,

Just received my first order of 3 x 12.5kg food. I usually buy the sacks from B&M but this is much more convenient and actually cheaper. DPD delivered very quickly, so I will definitely use this company regularly now. I get through a lot of bird food for my visitors.

First time shopping with this website, and when my item arrived there was a perch missing from the feeder.

I contacted them by phone, which is rare these days to get to speak to a real person; Keith was very helpful and sent me a replacement the very next day.
