Asked for extra money after booking
I booked my holiday then you rang me up and said my room wasn’t available if I wanted the holiday I would have to pay more you wanted 200 + for a different room told me it was a more expensive room you gave me a discount from that and we booked it only to check after that the room you made me pay more for was the same price as the room I booked just a different view and when I loooked my room was still up as available and there’s no way of getting in touch

Booking requests can take up to 72 hours to process, and on rare occasions when we may be unable to confirm a booking at the original price we will contact you to advise of the price increase.
Where possible we’ll offer alternatives that may be better suited to you. We work on live systems which does mean pricing and availability are both subject to change until a booking has been confirmed. We appreciate this can be disappointing.

The worst customer service experience…
The worst customer service experience ive ever encountered. After going through a personal tragedy me and my partner sought to cancel our holiday and received no sympathy or help from the company, a €50 refund is absolutely ridiculous in our particular circumstances. We then attempted to change the passenger names as we were too devastated to go, our requests were utterly ignored. After multiple dead end phone calls where we were told we would receive an email confirming the change we were left unanswered and confused once again. Absolutely shocking will never use this service again.

I am trying to add my flight booking to the Ryanair app. It asks for the reservation number I cannot find it on any document received. Why is this simple piece of information so hard to locate. Not impressed. I’m going to have to ring you to find out.

Great experience so far!

A real let down from the start
Got to Spain had to wait an hour for the shuttle got to hostel no information before I went where to get keys. Number I got did not work so ask a lady in a shop. Could not get hold of anyone from love holidays or the hostel. Finally sorted thanks to the lady in the shop. Shuttle on way home got email to say picking up from another place I sent message and tried to call to find out what time. No response so I had to get a taxi to the airport. People I spoke to went with booking.com all information was sent to them so sorry but you cost me an extra €80 so think I will go with booking.com next time

I’ve never booked through loveholidays…
I’ve never booked through loveholidays before and, if I’m honest, I’d always assumed they were more expensive than other travel companies, so I’d usually look elsewhere first. Wow, was I wrong!
I started by browsing their website for a last-minute family holiday and was then contacted by Shannon Wintle from their booking team to see if I needed any assistance. From start to finish, Shannon was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.
What impressed me most was her dedication. Shannon was determined to make sure our family holiday was secured before prices changed and even continued helping us while working from home to ensure everything was booked within the timeframe. That level of commitment and customer care is incredibly rare these days and made a huge difference to our experience.
Not only did she find exactly what we were looking for, but she also managed to save us money in the process. I honestly can't remember the last time I received service this good, especially from a travel company.
Shannon is an absolute credit to loveholidays and a real asset to the team. Thanks to her outstanding support and exceptional customer service, I'll definitely be booking all of my future holidays through loveholidays and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you, Shannon, for making what could have been a stressful process completely effortless and enjoyable!
