Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. We booked and fully paid for a package holiday with Loveholidays for our family, including our two severely disabled children aged 1 and 8 years old.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our holiday had not been booked by the company. Despite showing them the confirmation email, the hotel refused to accept it.

We were left waiting in the hotel lobby for over 4 hours with two distressed disabled children, in extreme heat, and no water or assistance was offered. The lack of empathy from the hotel staff was shocking — while my children were crying and experiencing anxiety, staff members were standing around laughing instead of helping.

We were then forced to pay again for the stay while I desperately tried to contact the Loveholidays team in the UK. I could not get hold of anyone for support.

The complete lack of customer service, compassion, and accountability was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would never recommend anyone to book with Loveholidays again.

Transport failure

We booked a hotel, flights, transport to and from the hotel.
On arrival we needed to do the biometrics which took a long time and we were late in arrivals.
We searched through a very busy arrivals hall for our transport but no sign of them. We asked many transport companies at the time if they knew of them, they were all waiting for very late arrivals due to the same problem.
I called the transport company and they said we were over a an hour late and offered no alternative, leaving us stranded.
Customer support offered no help and would not even offer a part refund of £130.
Loveholiday informed us before the holiday that they were aware of the delays and would make sure all would go smoothly. They said we needed to do nothing more.
Also they charge you for instalments on payment even if you pay a single deposit and a final payment ?
