Absolutely disgusting company
I have been trying for over a week to amend my holiday to 2027 due to exceptional circumstances. My mother has been admitted to hospital with a serious brain haematoma, so I can no longer travel on my original dates. I have not asked to cancel my holiday, only to amend it, and I have made it clear that I am flexible with dates.
After around 20 emails and over 30 minutes on the phone, I have been repeatedly put on hold, told someone will email me, and passed from one person to another. Nobody has taken ownership of my case or provided a solution.
I am disabled, and this prolonged process has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. I have even asked to speak to a manager and the complaints team because this has become completely unacceptable.
Loveholidays: please contact me immediately and resolve my booking. Your handling of this situation has been appalling, and unless it is resolved promptly I will continue sharing my experience across social media and review platforms.
