Worst customer service ever. I ordered a jacket for my daughter which is too big so I am trying to send item back. It says to contact them via email if you need to send item back which I have done number of times now. I have also messaged them on Instagram and also the form they provide on their website and not one reply back. Absolutely disgusting service. I want my money back please. Your ok taking customers orders and their money it’s now been 14 days within the returns policy but due to the fact I have been ignored for over a week i still am entitled to my refund
