I ordered 2 pairs of leggings that I need to send back and their returns policy for a refund is 14days .. it will be a week this Thursday I sent them several emails and have not had a reply.. I even sent out a private dm on ther instagram page and then again and message couldn’t be sent so don’t know if they have blocked me.. it’s poor customer service and almost like I will not be able to send the items back within the 14 day period due to being ignored so they won’t need to refund me… is this what’s you u do in order to make money for your business

I placed an order on 04/05/2024 and I paid for next day delivery which is extra £11. Today is 09/05/2024 and Order still not shipped. Customer service not even replying to my emails.

This was my first time ordering from loveleeuk and I most definitely will be coming back!! The customer service was amazing very fast response and helpful. I ordered 8 items all together everything fit’s perfect! The Lucia fleece jacket is stunning and the Lora leggings are so comfortable the quality of everything is amazing, thank you!xx

I would not even give 1 star but unfortunately had to.

I would definitely not recommend this store. I ordered 3 tops which are not fit for purpose. Luckily they were in the sale at £10 each as I would have been very disappointed in paying the £35 full price!! The “Amani top” is not fit for purpose. Probably why they were put into the sale. The top is very short in the body so when you wear tucked in with high waisted jeans there is a big gap where you can see your flesh on the side of the body. I left a review on the product page stating the same and surprise surprise it was not published.

I have also contacted them to ask why my review was not published and had no response.

Also the quality of said tops was awful, one wash and they would be bobbled.

So beware, very untrustworthy company much better shops out there to shop at girls! Avoid loveleeuk!!!

Ordered a two piece on Thursday afternoon, arrived Friday morning and I only paid for normal delivery. Love my item too and will definitely be buying from here again!

I received my items today. Pia boho frill set and Courtney crop top and shorts coord. Super fast delivery was ordered on the 13th may arrived today the 16th may. Amazing quality, colours are so bright just like the pictures. I’m a 4-6 and the 6-8 fit myself perfect but definitely a lot of give in the item. The perfect summer/holiday outfits I can’t wait to wear them on my holiday! Highly recommend! Even better that I received 30% off.i have ordered a couple of times off this page and never had a problem! Always been of a high quality

First time ordering from Lovelee, will absolutely order again. The sweatshirt took some time to get here, however it was ordered during run up to Christmas, and was a pre order item. I emailed asking for a delivery update and I received timely efficient responses for the team at Lovelee :) it arrived today and was absolutely worth the wait, sizing is perfect and the quality is ace! Thank you!!

I ordered the Ivah knee high sock boots in black, they are the comfiest boots I have ever worn everrr!!!
I love the way they look, I cannot recommend this company enough!
I messaged them via Instagram to ask approximate delivery and was replied to really quickly, excellent customer service & excellent quality!

The customer service was amazing, lovely, kind and just so helpful. The boots are stunning I absolutely love them. I will be 100% ordering from here again. I love the quality of everything especially for the prices! I have already recommended to a few people and I will definitely be recommending more. So many people have complimented my boots and want there own pair! I may just have to treat myself to some more!

I ordered some shoes from Love Lee, they arrived but I didn’t like them. I sent a message about an address to return, I sent them back at the start of October, no refund. I contacted them several times and they just blocked me. So they have the item back and not refunded me. Disgusting customer service. I would never order again incase I need to return an item. They weren’t returned in the original box so I used a different box it took 3 months to give me a reason why no refund. I offered to pay for a new box and no response yet again.

Extremely poor customer service. So disappointing. Cardigan was very very poor quality. Seller claimed to have no email from me when I posted on their insta page - I replied to the message but no response. Considering the products are not cheap the least they could do is help their customers. Clearly interested in money only, not satisfaction. I won’t buy from again and will warn all my friends

We purchased a bag through this company on the 30th March for our daughters birthday. Bag arrived quickly on the 1st April but had a scratch on it which was very visible so sent them an e mail straight away with photo evidence. Had no reply to e mail so sent another message on the 6th April advising them to please reply or will be sticking in to dispute with Paypal the following day. Still had no reply to this e mail so put in dispute with Paypal on the 7th April. Paypal then contacted the seller and they have just replied today, 27th April saying return the bag for a full refund but with no return postage label, we have to pay for the pleasure. Nearly 1 month after contacting them they have finally responded (not via e mail to me directly) and way after our daughters birthday. Terrible customer service who will completely ignore you unless you dispute it with Paypal. Won't be using again and advise others not to as well.
