I have been asked to write a review of my recent products.
Unfortunately I have not received my products. I ordered 3 personalised t shirts on the 29th September and I am yet to receive them as of the 10th November.
I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately this was not an option.
Very disappointed in this service.

PAY ATTENTION...
I want to write a fair and honest review.
I placed my order on Tuesday 29th September in the evening so the first working day out of the 35 working days despatch time (make sure you read this when placing your order...WORKING DAYS!) started from Wednesday 30th. I received my order on Thursday 5th November...27 working days. Wonderful! I emailed customer service when I placed my order as I missed the despatch date and wanted to ask a question to which I heard back via email the same day.
Unfortunately, when I received my order I was missing one robe (I ordered 9 robes and a set of satin PJs all personalised), this would’ve been a 5* review if this hadn’t have happened, but these things do and nothing lost so not overly bothered. I emailed customer service who responded the same day out of their working/open hours (around 18:00). This was just the other day and I have been assured that my robe will be with me soon, and I trust this response.
The robes and PJs are fabulous quality and I’m chuffed to pieces with them. All the personalised details are correct, in the right fonts and colours. I even received a complementary garter!
In summary I would recommend Lovelei, although despatch dates are long, this is stated and they are truthful about it.
This clearly is a small company that is providing a service whilst in the middle of a pandemic and I think people need to have a little more patience and understand that we cannot always have what we want and when we want it. I really don’t think 35 working days is that long to wait for what you receive and the cost you pay for these robes/PJs etc.
Excellent quality and I know all my hens will LOVELEI them!

I placed an order of 6x Patti Satin…
I placed an order of 6x Patti Satin Pyjamas 11th September '20. It will be 9 weeks 13th November '20 since I've placed an order. Patti Satin Pyjamas are non-personalised. I requested an update 13th October '20, received a reply 13th October '20 - company will send me an update as soon as deliveries received from their supplier and update when dispatched. 3 weeks later I've e-mailed 3rd November for an update and haven't received a reply. Yes, to Covid-19 there are delays with orders but I've been ordering from many companies and had no issues at all and waiting time is certainly not over 8 weeks. Lovelei is based in Northampton - maybe company should consider changing their suppliers or have their items stocked where they are based. Imagine walking into a clothing shop with no clothes to buy with only pictures hanging to look at and client has to pay and wait on their order from a company's supplier, businesses would just go bust. When I ordered Patti Pyjama Set they were in stock, but I assume now they were in stock with their supplier, and not actually at their premises. My genuine advice would be have them in stock at Lovelei and when out of stock then order from your supplier like any other company does, this will save time and keep your clients happy too.

I ordered my item nearly 2 months ago! When I first chased up they said allow 30 days for delivery which I did it has been way over that! They’ve ignored ALL further contact! No update on order at all! I will be writing a review on every social media site linked with them possible! Do not tell me it’s because you have limited staff due to covid! Then you should stop taking orders! Poo customer service! Robbing people if I’m honest! Disgusting! Instead of taking on more orders sort your previous orders out! I will be disputing this with PayPal! This was a gift! Having to wait nearly 2 months for something so bloody easy to be made is wrong!

Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service. Ordered in June, it’s now October and still haven’t received my items or a refund for the missing items as I have requested 3 times now with no response. Extremely poor customer service- they do not reply. You receive your orders in drips and drabs over the period of months. Worst service I think I have ever had from an e-commerce website. I actually feel so sorry for anyone that orders before checking the reviews as they do not like giving refunds, even on orders they can’t fulfil. Should be closed down- clearly having stocking issues, but the customers are paying for it, not them.

Not received and poor customer service
I still haven’t received the order I placed 2 and a half months ago. I have contacted them on four sperate occasions. Through Instagram they tell me to email, and should expect a reply in 2-3 days. Two emails sent and no reply after 3 weeks.
Disappointing
Quick communication when placing orders but when it comes to chasing orders communication is poor. Had a quick response when I initially queried where my order was as was still on dispatch timescale. Waited until a couple of weeks after they said they would expect to dispatch and not had a reply to 2 emails I have sent. Ended up opening a case with PayPal, who also didn’t appear to get a response so have found in my favour and are refunding me the full amount. Disappointing when I have spent a fair amount of money with this company in the past year.
EDIT in response: all it would have taken is a simple message to say what you have said below instead of indicating that you were going to dispatch at the end of July. It’s a little misleading to customers. A shame you don’t reply to customers emails/PayPal claims as quickly as negative reviews

Poorly made - would not dress my dog in this
The delivery took longer than expected, and the robe itself was of poorly made quality - the seams were misaligned and the tie ends were unfinished so will fray. The fabric is cheap. For what I paid for this, I'm disappointed, and would assume perhaps that their robes are made in less than great conditions for the workers too. I wouldn't dress my dog in this, much less my bridesmaids. To top it off, they do not allow returns, just an exchange or credit note, which is the hallmark of a company who know that they're selling a poorly made product. Do not buy.

Disappointed
Disappointed! Ordered a Bride t shirt which was too small & they would not let me return it. I advised that I only wished to exchange & had no further correspondence from them. Poor customer service. I will not order from this company again. I now have a t shirt that cannot be used on my wedding day ☹️
